The apartment was clean and spacious.

I didn't like the location and it felt creepy outside at night. I thought it strange that the reception hours were limited. We checked out on a Saturday morning but the reception was closed until 9am which seemed very late for a hotel. A light cover also fell off the bathroom light in the middle of the night which woke me and scared me. The hot water in the shower was terrible with the water turning cold then warm over and over again

Very convenient location for Moorabbin airport. Great room with a large comfortable bed and kitchen.

Unfortunately someone had set the fridge onto the coldest setting which I didn't check so my groceries that I had purchased and put in the fridge actually froze solid overnight and much of the food was spoilt and had to be thrown away. Lesson learnt to check the setting myself in future but I would expect the hotel to make sure it was functioning properly.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and the room pretty soundproof and very clean. Everything you need for a night or a week. You need to be aware there is no lift in the building so book ground floor if unable to do stairs. Hot water good in shower but does fluctuate with temperature even with a short shower.

The highlight of my stay was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff (reception and housekeeping) especially Fida, who I witnessed helping a very short tempered and unreasonable guest, all while maintaining a friendly, clam and professional demeanor, and then immediately offering me exceptional customer service, whilst I imagine feeling quite unsettled

Quick check in process - call made by staff was made earlier to confirm stay. Air-Con was switched on when we get in the room. Room appears to be clean. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Mattress nice and firm. Would rate it a 9 if shower pressure is strong.

The water pressure of the shower is quite weak. After a long day, it would be good to get a strong water pressure shower. If water pressure is weak, you tend to have longer shower, if it's strong then it's a quicker shower.

Absolutely fabulous!! The room was very comfortable. We love the inclusion of a stove top and cooking equipment for preparation of meals! Staff are very helpful and friendly. Late "check-in" was hassle free (we arrived after midnight). Gym was available for guests! We loved Quest so much that we are looking to use them again!

People at Quest Moorabin is really accommodative and when their place is unexpectedly unavailable they’re doing their best to accommodate me and my family. Even comping up the parking fee at Quest Brighton as amenities matching

The staff at Quest Brighton does not really know the arrangement until I escalate it to a manager. And one of the staff attitude in Quest Brighton is standoffish and not pleasant to deal with, although the manager at Quest Brighton was pleasant, accommodating and know my predicament

The staff were excellent and we had some issues with our first booking and had to cancel but they tried their best to assist us in a difficult period with the second booking.

Stairs with luggage is always hard but travelling with people who find stairs difficult it would have been good to know there were no elevators.

Staff were welcoming and very polite. Very satisfied with the service upon booking in and checking out

$100 deposit bond. I have stayed at many quest apartments and never had to pay a deposit bond before.i was unaware this was necessary until I checked in .

Lovely little apartments. The room was very clean and spacious for a studio. The bed was also surprisingly comfy for 2 singles together. It was nice to have a bathroom that you could move around in and the shower was great. We stayed for 2 nights as we were attending an event nearby, although if it wasn't for that I'd probably choose a locations closer to transport. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful. Had a great stay. Thank you 😊

Probably the location. Was alot further from public transport than originally thought. But that was fine.
