Friendly staff, spacious apartment, clean and the bed was so incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic being so Close to Cheltenham station, Southland shopping centre and there are great cafe's, salons and convenient stores for everything you could need or want within 2 minutes walk from the hotel front door. Highly recommended this for leisure or business guests, my partner and I loved it.

I'm always up for a swim when I stay at hotels however we didn't even notice there wasn't one because we were off shopping, dining and taking the train to the city or Mornington Peninsula as it was so easy to do at that location.

Position Cleanliness Facilities

Bathroom. The shower recess floor was so slippery I had to put a towel in there to stand on. My first shower almost resulted in a nasty fall and there’s nothing to grab onto like a safety hand rail to prevent a fall. 2. I wanted to half fill the bathroom sink with water to cleanse my face, but the water kept draining. 3. Ridiculous and awkward spot for the toilet roll holder. Should have been installed on the other side for ease of access!

Room very clean and big enough for the family to stay. I presume if my next visit I will be staying at the same place. Staffs are friendly and smiling 😃 face. Definitely I will book again soon and visit

The better thing is the place is more relaxing and a good view and morning 🚶‍♀️ 🚶‍♂️ around the corner is more than enough for the family 👪 to stay and enjoy the place . Shopping and eating shoos around just a walk away from the hotel

The room is spacious and the location near shops etc was great. When we had a problem with TV and lack of internet a lovely young staff member came up immediately to fix it for us.

The sheer curtains in the apartment had large tears in them and the backing curtain needed a good clean. The kitchen table was wobbly and the shower leaks onto the floor. If you were staying longer, provision of more than 2 spoons, 2 plates, 2 mugs etc would have been nice

Room was clean, bed sheets clean and comfy. Was super quiet in the ground floor unit i had. Alas, if you tick 'no ground floor' through booking.com, you will more than likely hear traffic at higher levels etc. Would stay again, definitely. Thankyou Questies.

I had to leave and go back home...argh

We had a 1 bedroom apartment and there was a lot of space which was great. The door was also conveniently located so not to close to the bedroom which was handy with a sleeping baby. Great kitchen amenities. Easy with underground and street parking too!

Our only concern was how loud the bath was when draining, shockingly loud. Apart from that, everything was fantastic.

The ambience and view. There was a noticeable scent that toyed with my senses. And the sounds of soft jazz was appealing. It resulted in us feeling relaxed and grateful for the view from expansive private balconies.

A bigger couch and armchairs. They’re always uncomfortable but bigger would have made watching telly more comfy. Instructions ie heat/cold and tv would have helped. A guide to local shops and facilities nearby ie. massage.

Excellent place to stay, plenty of room.

The cleaning carts were always left right outside the door to the lift so when you got off the lift you just about walked into them. Maybe move them off to the side, rather than right in front of the doors. Could also do with sachet coffee - we don't like pod coffee.

Convenient location for our purposes. Close to train and plenty of local shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff were very obliging and helpful.

No herbal teas available. Bathroom vanity was a bit small. Lounge furniture was a little tired and worn. Window soft furnishings could have been better.

Great location - handy to the shops and local transport. Room clean/modern, large and well appointed. Staff friendly and very helpful. Car parking in the basement was very handy.

Bathroom was a bit lacking, damp and dated, with laundry in the bathroom. Handle broken on the fire exit stairs, which wasn't fixed on reporting. $50 a night for a roll away bed for a 2 year old is definitely on the expensive side.
