It’s close and convenient and love that there’s a pub and room service provided.

Was given a key to a room that was already occupied. Embarrassing. Also A staff member accusing me of smoking in the room n will lose my deposit when I didn’t, but at the same time my fault for not closing the door to the balcony when I went to smoke.

Spacious room, very clean, secure door, air conditioning was excellent and fridge worked vertically well. Very comfortable bed. Love it.

The bathroom didn’t have air exhaustion , a bit stuffy after shower.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. They serve fantastic food, very affordable. The room was clean, the beds very comfy, the sheets were new and clean. Every day they have room cleaning service, the staff members were very nice. Very close, on the other side of the road it was a nice park where you could work out and kids could play.

The room was clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were really friendly.

The noise from the road were annoying especially early in the morning. The people in the room above us running around and talking at 6am.

Exceptional service & hospitality. The breakfast packs given us were delicious & most welcomed. The reception staff & restaurant staff very helpful & delightful. The Assistant Manager went out of his way to accommodate us in the Bistro with hands on service. Overall, a great place to stay, entertainment & food/drinks wonderful. Overall experience rating 10/10 and more besides. Thank you everyone & to a lovely young lady in the Bistro for her suggestions & service beyond asking, I hope you're recognised for your potential Managerial skills, your wisdom, creativity & smarts.

The large bed was comfortable but a little soft for my bad back, so a little firmer would have been great. Still good though. A microwave & toaster would have been useful for small food heating/soup & toast just for the administering of my elderly mother's medication to have with food, especially at breakfast. During Covid a lot of restaurant breakfast services everywhere aren't available, so sometimes it would be nice to have a hot breakfast, not just cereal.

Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were great. Restaurant and pub conveniently located. Room service was great.

Close to the main road so sometimes noisy from trucks driving past.

It would be better if there is someone available at reception all the time as we had to wait to check in and other requests.

The room was very clean & as described. The beds were comfortable. The staff were fantastic & service was great. Good value for money, will consider returning again.

The shower/bathtub had lining missing from the bottom which made showering uncomfortable.

It was great! Stayed one night. Best shower out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in on my travels. Comfortable bed. Blackout curtains worked really well.
