The location is great for that side of the city. Fenced in carpark with free parking. The breakfast offered is good to get the day started..My bed was perfectly comfortable for a good if not great sleep.

The air conditioning was noisy and not clean. The shower/toilet cubicle is very small. Sometimes you got the feeling from the male staff that you were imposing on them when asking for assistance or advice. I was told that the breakfast started at 7:30 but clearly printed on their notice board it says 7:00. When I inquired about the pancake maker not going i was told it's not working today, but on the screen it simply says out of product. Why not just say that? Small things I know but small things grow. Generally the cleanness was 7/10. My room was clean but the kitchen was not.

The room was a lot better than I expected it to be. It was a budget room, but had a TV and fridge, and the bed was comfortable. There was shampoo and conditioner, and milk, coffee etc. The staff were friendly.

The sink for the bathroom was in the bedroom, and the toilet/bathroom itself was quite small. There were some noisy people having what sounded like a party in the carpark overnight and that made it difficult to sleep (This is the reason that I stayed elsewhere the second night and only came back to check out).

The room was clean.

The AC didn't have a remote controller. The mattress was a bit old and gone down in the middle. The worst thing was the management couldn't do is stop smoking within the premises. Even the ground floor corridor with bad smoky smell. People stop and smoke just outside the main door and it was a big nuisance. Please ask hotel management to arrange no smoking signs at the entrance to the building.

Everything was as described – comfortable and clean. Heaps of secure parking spaces. The staff were friendly and supportive. A great deal compared to others in the area. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🙂

There was no microwave in the room, but I was able to use the one near the reception. I really appreciated the helpful staff.!

Reasonable price, free parking and a good location.

There were some sticky stuff on the floor next to the wash basin. No rails for both toilet paper positions, and they just put them inside the hole and it was difficult to take them out. There was no remote for the AC, so I had to use the unstable plastic stool to reach the switch, which was dangerous.

I asked for early check in at 12:20pm instead of 2:00pm and request was accommodated.

No pressing iron in the room. Had to come to the laundry to use one. No remote for the heating system in the room. Had to operate it manually. Would have been challenging for a short person to reach the controls.

Room was bit small but suitable. Room was clean and tidy. The bed was good size.

The castors of the bed were not locked and the bed was not sturdy. There was no shower curtain and the water splashed all over including the toilet. No drawers or cupboard to put stuff or hang clothes.

Location was easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small but very clean.

Would have liked extra pillows in the bed and an extra tra blanket. Bonus would have been if there was a PowerPoint on both sides of the bed to enable phone charging overnight.

I like everything about it,beautiful location close to shopping centre ,clean, friendly staff,so quiet,I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit it. Only thing is the TV doesn’t work in my room actually I didn’t need it but it was a good to know you.☺️🥰🥰🥰😍😍

Nice little room with everything I needed.

It took a bit of careful driving to reach the motel (tight streets behind, front side is a busy road). Not much space in my room (it felt like a Japanese or Korean businessman's hotel) however, it was fine for me.
