The room was a lot better than I expected it to be. It was a budget room, but had a TV and fridge, and the bed was comfortable. There was shampoo and conditioner, and milk, coffee etc. The staff were friendly.

The sink for the bathroom was in the bedroom, and the toilet/bathroom itself was quite small. There were some noisy people having what sounded like a party in the carpark overnight and that made it difficult to sleep (This is the reason that I stayed elsewhere the second night and only came back to check out).

The room was clean.

The AC didn't have a remote controller. The mattress was a bit old and gone down in the middle. The worst thing was the management couldn't do is stop smoking within the premises. Even the ground floor corridor with bad smoky smell. People stop and smoke just outside the main door and it was a big nuisance. Please ask hotel management to arrange no smoking signs at the entrance to the building.

Room was bit small but suitable. Room was clean and tidy. The bed was good size.

The castors of the bed were not locked and the bed was not sturdy. There was no shower curtain and the water splashed all over including the toilet. No drawers or cupboard to put stuff or hang clothes.

I like everything about it,beautiful location close to shopping centre ,clean, friendly staff,so quiet,I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit it. Only thing is the TV doesn’t work in my room actually I didn’t need it but it was a good to know you.☺️🥰🥰🥰😍😍

Very basic accommodation, but that is exactly what I expected and all that I needed. Good value for money, comfortable room and friendly staff. The property also offers an earlier check in time than most other accommodation options.

It's a little way out from the town centre, but if you don't have a car and don't like or want to walk, there are public transport options available. Other guests were a little noisy at times, with doors banging at all hours of the night, loud talking and things being dropped on the floor in the room above.

Just what we needed. Great parking, our car felt safe there. Provide towels.

No lift, a bit small and very basic but you get what you pay for. The room needs a bit of attention with a few things needed fixing like the safety clasp on window and toilet paper handle.

Walking distance to Woolworths and takeaways.

The toilet/shower cubicle was small and had to step up into it like a ship's head. No hand rails. A bit difficult for persons with mobility issues.

As it says its a Budget hotel. It's clean but not 5 star. Staff are helpful and polite. The shower and toilet are in a cubicle which can be a little difficult. Water pressure was good. Bed was good. Clean towels and sheets. Would stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable. But I didn't get any service on the second day ad I had to go to purchase some milk.

I don't keep good health and would have appreciated an elevator.

Although my stay was cut short, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were really helpful and the room was really clean. My room had a small fridge in it and a kettle which I found useful. The air conditioner/heating unit was great and my cool room made me sleep really well. The location is also good, close to many restaurants, supermarkets, and a shopping centre. The staff were also very helpful and efficient when coordinating with booking.com to refund my payment for the remaining days of my originally planned stay.

I would have liked a washcloth and hand towel in the rooms as well. This is a minor detail and considering the price of the stay, it this is insignificant.
