The first thing I noticed when I walked in, was the lovely smell. They must have the best cleaners in Melbourne because I honestly could not fault the cleanliness of our room - in fact it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are modern and bright.

There was a communication barrier with the lady in reception when I checked in, which made that process a little more challenging and longer than it should be. My security deposit wasn’t refunded automatically and I needed to call a few days later to have it processed on the phone. This was a different lady to who I dealt with at check in and there were no issues with communication. I’m still awaiting the deposit to reach my account - fingers crossed!

I stayed on this motel on 13-15 Sep 2024. The service is very good because I called & told her that I would came late around 10.30PM to check in and she said she would wait for me. This motel looks like being renovated. It convenience because close to bus stops, very clean (as people commented) & it provides you everything like a hotel. The best is the price! (They have family room too). If you dont mind travel to the Melb CBD by METRO train around 50 min from Hallam station like me or driving 45 min then choose this motel! Because you can save your accomodation expenses. There is WESTFIELD Shopping Centre near this motel; you just need to catch a bus just right in front of the motel or drive 5-10 min. Also, Hungry Jack is cross the road from this motel. Overall is very good! But I have a message to the owner, if you could upgrade the Air Conditioning it would be adding to your star review to 5 as a Motel categories!😃

The location is very convenient because it’s close with my husband’s hospital. We already stayed here two times now because my husband had appointments with the specialist. The price was affordable and the environment also not too loud. The rooms was clean and smells good.

It’s would be nice if there was a hair dryer inside but couldn’t complain more because the price is reasonable

It is a motel close to the main road and easily reachable to shops and next to petrol station, quick drives to town centres in either direction. It is cheap compared to other accommodations and the room service was great. Couldn't go as per plan due to rains to spent watching movies with kids, thanks for good wifi and TV. I took a family room, the bath was spacious and clean. Enough cutlery and coffee/tea options. Nice little bench outside each unit.

Tiny pantry area and bathrooms could not be locked

It's in an excellent location, with supermarket and eating places within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and enquired whether I would like my room to be cleaned during my stay.

I would have liked something to clean and wipe dishes with. There was no plug for the sink. There was also no dishwashing detergent and dish cloth to wash the dishes with, or tea towel to dry them with. I bought paper towel from the supermarket to do the dishes with. If I stay at Casey on Princes again I would have to take dishwashing essentials with me. Also, I stayed for 5 nights but there was only one small cake of soap. Maybe it gets replenished each day if staff cleaned my room? I don't know - I didn't ask them. Instead, I bought some personal soap at the supermarket.

The noise of the hoons but was not your fault. I don’t like driving at night so had looked into accommodation near venue we were attending and yours came up.Couldn’t have been happier.The room was clean roomy and had more amenities than expected. If ever we go to that venue again we would definitely come back to you.

Old basic motel but location was excellent for me to go to a business across the road. Was maybe going to arrive past check-in time so the staff said they would stay back an extra half hour. Good water pressure, comfie beds.

Would have been good to be able to buy some breakfast option e.g. bread to make toast, little box of cereal etc. Hand towel and face washer would have been handy.

Price could’ve been a bit lower, my doona cover had a hole in it. Decor and appliances were cheap like The toaster seemed old tacky and unnecessary. Kettle and or a mini fridge would’ve been better

Location was perfectly suited to my travel and far enough from the road for a restful night.. very friendly and accommodating reception, clean room and warm bed on this cold night. AC was a little noisy but with enlightened being, it was not an issue.
