The location was ideal, central to where we needed to go. The room upgrade was an added bonus, especially because it was offered without being asked for. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean, with clean sheets & towels provided every couple of days. The staff were very friendly & nothing was a problem.

Shower over the bath was a little daunting. Perhaps, a mirror on the inside of 1 of the wardrobe doors would not have gone astray.

The whole building seemed exceptionally clean and tidy. All the staff we encountered we really lovely and willing to help. The location is a short walk to Woolworths and close to public transport and main arterial road. The car park is a bit open, but there were no incidents. Room was clean, very quiet and well appointed. Will definitely stay here next time.

We found the light from the pool area (centre of the block) illuminated our room all night. We used towels to help block the light. The online compendium is not such a good idea - it's out of date, so not useful.

The location was perfect, chose to shops and restaurants, the room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary features and utensils, the pool was nice (we had children visiting), staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were big and comfortable and I loved the fact there were two bathrooms in the apartment. Visited during Christmas with partner and mother-in-law. Strongly recommend this place.

The rooms were clean and nice, but some improvement can be made on the detailing. I moved the bedside table to plug a phone charger and behind it was very dusty, the same could be seen behind the TV. A thick layer of dust on cords and wall. Aside from this the room was really nice and I would recommend to anyone.

The apartment was very clean and perfect for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. You generally can't go wrong with a Quest property in my experience. You might pay a bit more than other places, but it's worth it on balance.

I was not so keen on having to pay extra for a car parking spot in the off-street car park. Still; a minor quibble.

Received a warm welcome from staff. Had a one bedroom unit which was spacious and clean with all the utensils and comforts of home. Location on Dandenong Rd was very handy and our unit was on side of apartments away from road.

For older couple negotiating the stairs with suitcases is always a bit of a struggle, but not a game changer.

The staff of the hotel was fantastic. They provided great recommendations for restaurants in the area and were attentive to our requests for things like extra towels or laundry soap during the stay. The hotel looked a little different than the pictures, but the facilities were nice. We loved our room/apartment, which was clean, good sized, and well appointed with everything we needed.

Great location, near alot of good places especially when you are pretty far away from the city centre. Room was comfy, clean, spacious, staff friendly and helpful, pool was nice and cold 🤣. Overall enjoyed my short stay there and would.definitely return.

Location was very close to Dandenong hospital. I felt the walk there during the day was very safe. The room was very quiet and comfortable.

A lot of rubbish on the ground just outside the premises. Would help if it was picked up daily.

Location is great, close to shops and public transport. Facilities and staff are excellent . Very welcoming and comfortable.

Dryer was very noisy and vent kept falling out of ceiling. Hand soap in bathroom would be a great addition to was your hands.

Could not work out TV, so just used YouTube app available on the TV
