We honestly couldn't fault anything about the Monash Hotel. Check in was seamless. The rooms were extremely clean and tastefully renovated. Everyone enjoyed the comfortable beds and rain shower heads. Supplied toiletries were also of good quality. We went to the bistro for dinner and received a discount and free arrival drink cards. There was a play area for the kids. The food was delicious, the softdrink was high quality not cheap carbonated rip-off like most restaurants. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We were very impressed especially with the good price point.

The only thing that was a little bit of a downer was the noise from the traffic but it was a saturday night, and to be honest that's 100% out of the hotels hands.

Beautiful clean room. Peaceful nights sleep with very little noise coming from other guests and the traffic. Warm, welcoming staff. Meals were lovely. The staff member in the bottle shop has a great sense of humour and is very helpful and knowledgeable. Convenient to shops, services and the highway to get on the road easily the morning after.

Hot water service may need updating. The morning showers - mine was just on lukewarm, my sons was quite cold. Yet the night before, lovely and warm.

Very comfortable room and happy with facilities. Great that you can go and have a meal at hotel, and food excellent.

No bowls, plates [only need bread and butter] and desert spoon and knife and fork. I have same breakfast every day of yoghurt and crushed weetbix which I bring with me, nothing to eat it in. Even if offered as a "upon request" as I realise some people would steal, and put a refundable deposit on it. Also toaster and would be complete. Only other thing was should have boxes of tissues in room.

We chose Nightcap@Monash Hotel for it's convenience & location, close to Monash Hospital, we've stayed before & were really impressed by the redecorated rooms, comfy beds, quiet stay & affordable price, the great service & convenience of the bistro (the staff were friendly & the senor meal was delicious & reasonably priced ) so all up a great experience

I would have given the hotel a 10/10 but for the outside light shining into the room, it's been improved with the new curtains, but still disturbed our sleep, nothing that can't be solved with a sleep mask on our next stay.

Room was fantastic! Just like the pictures. We required the fold out bed and was pleasantly surprised when it was all pulled out and made up apon arrival. Huge bathroom, lovely and clean. My only suggestion not complaint is they need to supply face washers, microwave, plates/bowls and cutlery. But this time around it didn't effect our stay due to only stay one night. The free welcome drink and 10% off meal was a great added bonus. Staff were super friendly and helpful plus check in was a breeze.

Everything was great for a family stay, lots of parking was great, the bathroom and shower were amazing! The side of the room and separate bedroom was perfect and the lounge was very comfortable

It really needed a little kitchen for a family room, my baby still has bottles and there was no microwave. Bowls and plates would have been great too.

After finding out the reason for our visit, the staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much! Also, the beds were super comfy and we were rather disappointed that we didn't actually get to sleep in them (medical reason)

The only thing was that the shower was rather dark as the lighting was getting blocked by the shower wall.

I liked how friendly all the staff were and the cleaners with how helpful they were.

Victorians should completely annihilate with the fury and nuclear vengeful might of the FULL CONCENTRATED POWER OF THE SUN whoever decided toll roads would be a good idea. How the hell can a state that has so many protest completely forego directing their attention to this absolute thievery of a system.

It's always clean, and tidy with a fantastic location

Book for 4 people 3 towels, ( lucky I let one child off the hook from having a shower) The walls are super thin the room next door had a child who was SCREAMING from about 2.15am to 3am, we got child screaming doors slamming and parent screaming at the child too, at 6.30am they were awake for the day no more rest for us, I would consider spreading guests out in future so we don't hear each other

Bed was super comfortable, the room service was a nice little treat, LOVED that it was proper Doona not just a blanket.

Shower felt a little small for the size of the bathroom, the shower floor got slippery when it got soapy, and the hot water took ages to come through, but the water pressure was amazing and the rain shower head was great!
