Location location location...5mins to shoping centre...8mins to train...3mins to bus to Chadstone...10mins to the start of Carnegie restaurants...easy access when arriving by car from outside Melbourne. Room dated but comfortable and spacious. Onsite laundry. Staff really nice. Bonus that I could park my car away from public view.

our room wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived, but that wasn’t too much of an issue the sheets were clean and the toilet was clean as well as the towels so that was a positive, the fridge does leak a little and drops water everywhere

Perfect Location for our purpose and very reasonably priced. The Gentleman at reception was very helpful and all staff were very friendly. They were working around the establishment painting, fixing things and our room was serviced every day. It was just a small walk to shops, hotels, restaurants and public transport if needed.

The rooms are a little dated and need a refresh in decor.

The location is great Woolworth 2doors away and shopping complex train station walking distance pub at lights excellent meals and if wait a game on the pokies and a lot of other little shops

Nothing the room was excerlant

This was the second time I had stayed at this motel. The location was ideal in meeting my needs, the room was comfortable and the attentiveness of the staff member who greeted me on my arrival in anticipating and meeting my needs - bringing my luggage in from my car, for example - was exceptional. When I next have a commitment in this area, I shall hope that this motel has a vacancy at that time, as this will undoubtedly be my first choice of where to stay: a home away from home.

My only criticism is that whoever had last cleaned the room had not done a very good job, and when servicing my room after my first night there, the person responsible, although replacing the plastic bin liner, left the plastic bag full of rubbish on the bench. Not the end of the world but odd! It made me wonder if this same person was responsible for what had been a slapdash cleaning of the room before I arrived.

We really liked the staff, they were very helpful and friendly, and always wanted to help. The place was conveniently located near plenty of shops and easy access to the main road. Internet was good, and the cleaner visited us every day.

The carpets were dirty, and walking bare foot on the carpet isn't recommended. A bit dated. But apart from that it's all good.

There is nothing I didn't like. The room was a little tired, but very clean and comfortable, excellent value for money.

For the price it was amazing. 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, blinds and curtains allowed the rooms to be very dark which helped the kids sleep. Kitchen and lounge room with 2 single beds and some couches downstairs. Plenty of space. It's a 2 bed house.

Could do with new carpet throughout and a thorough scrub especially the shower. It's pretty old-school, the floors creak upstairs, the decor is dated.

The property was in a great location on the main road but could hardly hear the traffic and good for me only 6 klm from where I needed to go supermarket 100 Mtres away this is a place I go too stay at least once a month no matter what cost is very reasonable for me

We had a very early checkin at Cabrini hospital and the motel is only 10mins away. It was also great that there are numerous cafes and restaurants just around the corner. The rooms are dated but we found ours comfortable and clean and the Manager was very friendly and helpful.
