Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was a slice of heaven, so comfortable. The bathroom was good and modern and the toiletries was a great idea as i forgot to pack our soap (oops) and the shower was brilliant. The extra bonus was stepping out onto the patio and relaxing at the table and chairs and watch the pond with the wildlife in peace, bonus was the mamma duck with her duckling going for a swim.

Our only slight complaint is there wasnt a breakfast on a weekday or the means to make your own; ie a toaster, crockery and cutlery. If you were staying for work, breakfast would be needed and not those packs you can buy at the reception.

Nice accommodation - have stayed here before some years ago. Nice facilities with readily accessible parking. Restaurant and The Collective were really nice for a catch up.

Unfortunately unable to eat in the Bistro on Friday (was booked out). Was there for a birthday on the Saturday and very disappointed that the venue (downstairs) did not have disability access. Given this was a 70th birthday for triplets - there were a large number of people (oldest 97) on walking frames or sticks who had difficulty getting down to the event. Security guard spent the night walking around the room chatting on his mobile - and didn't see 6 people walk in and go straight to the bar to order drinks (we had to go and get him to remove them). Breakfast on the Sunday was ordinary - some items didn't arrive (we had money reimbursed).

We used the hotel for an overnighter related to a medical procedure my husband had to have done. It provided an ideal place for the night that positioned us between the hospital on the first day and the medical rooms for the checkup on the 2nd day. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and cully equipped. Even though the hotel was used by a number of truck crews that night, the room and the area were very quiet. The outlook from the room onto a natural setting of trees and a lake were unexpected and very relaxing.

We loved our room, clean and really comfortable beds. The back door to the room opened on mini terrace overlooking a stunning grassed area with a pond and a variety of beautiful trees.

We had to wait an hour for our room to be ready even though we were told check in was 2pm however we were compensated with a drink card wash to use at the new bar. We were so looking forward to using the beautiful and relaxing salt water pool however it’s located right next to the new bar with no privacy screening and felt uncomfortable to swim while all the people, more so men, watching us from the bar

I like how it was spacious, I liked the little balcony out the back and the beds were definitely mine and my girls favourite part of the whole stay very comfortable and soft

The shower kept flooding the bathroom if you were in there more then 10 minutes and would just flood the entire bathroom so quickly don’t help I had two young children who wanted to enjoy the shower fully

Loved having two comfortable queen beds and a large room. Good sized bathroom and shower. Lots of pillows plus extra blankets if needed. Loved that it had a front and back door with the back door opening on a little patio overlooking the dam. The dinner in the bistro was brilliant. It was surprisingly quiet seeing it's near a fairly busy road. There was a function on which we could hear a bit but that finished at 11pm then it was super quiet. It was also great having a bottle shop there too

We were a little disappointed in the breakfast after such a good dinner, the acai bowl needed tweaking, but that's really just me being fussy. Otherwise everything was great

All staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful, they kindly responsed o all my booking queries, smooth check in & check out. The toilet door in our room was stuck, and my 5yrs old daughter was stuck inside, we called the reception and the facility supporter he showed up in less than 5 minutes, which was amazing. The bistro staffs are also very welcoming and supportive.

No microwave in our room, a bit hard to warm up baby food.

We really liked location, facilities, room setup and space, cleanliness, outdoor area, wifi and QR codes accessible to make it easier. On-site we enjoyed going for a nature walk every morning, swimming, both restaurants food was so good, Family bistro portions were huge, York restaurant absolutely loved the atmosphere, BWS, staff, and real easy check-in process. Locally we explored Yarra Valley Chocolate factory and had lunch there, St Hubert’s winery for lunch with a $15 wine tasting and art gallery, Blue Lotus Water Garden where you can easily spend a few hours with kids free entry and about $20 adult tickets plus a cafe onsite about $25 lunch per person, and Four Pillars for dinner and $50 gin tasting that was totally worth the experience, these were all about a 20min drive each way.

Not a deal breaker but adding a tennis net to tennis court

Number of cups provided, tea facility. The Pub Cafe is brilliant--best value for money. The bed-making is beyong 4 star. The lid of the 60 L black rubish bin outside the rooms on first floor is very, very, very dirty--spoiling the enroviment of stay.

No tissue box provided in the room (which is around $1 in Cole)--for a room wiht >$220/night, surely the hotel can afford a tissue box--instead your customers have to go to Lilydale Coles to get one. The kettle is the cheapest version on the market, does not fit a 4 Star hogel's standard--millions of microplastic partices are produced each time your customers using this cheap plastic kettle.

It was very welcoming, beds were super comfortable, plenty of amenities, lovely view

I think there could be more soundproofing as we could hear clearly the people in the next room who were up really late talking and the second night my friend could here them snoring so didn’t get much sleep
