The room was perfect and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great customer service. Paid $30 extra for parking but it was very close to the Austin Hospital which was the reason for our visit. Great shower with good pressure and loved the shampoo, conditioner and handwash in the room. The towels were so soft and lovely. Kitchen area perfect too.

The location was ideal for us but I wouldn't recommend this venue for the elderly as to get to the hospital walking, you would have to walk back a big hill to return back to the accomodation. Would have been good to have body lotion in the bathroom as well.

Amazing elevated views across the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

We arrived after hours, and while the staff did a wonderful job explaining the after-hours procedure, there was no explanation of how to access the parking we had paid for. I had asked and was told the information would be in the email. We did eventually work it out for ourselves, only to find all the accessable guest parking was full. Fortunately, as we had a disabled parking permit, we were able to use a disabled car space. Only 2 coffee pods provided. As other guests have complained about this, the management really need to listen and provide enough coffee for at least 2 cups per guest for an overnight stay.

It was a handy location close to where one of our children live. We loved how dark it stayed even once the sun was up. The air-conditioning was very much appreciated too.

It took a little while for the hot water to come out of the shower, but I assume that's just a distance thing. With all the windows, it was a little difficult to not feel like we were on show to passers by. If they were a one way glass, perhaps have that noted somewhere.

The hotel room was clean and the facilities were great. It was a little noisy, but I had a very comfortable stay. The location was convenient for my work purposes, however, not many restaurants or shopping close by.

Connecting to the wifi was an issue. I managed to connect with the help of staff member, but once I left and then returned to the hotel, I was unable to reconnect, and did not bother to ask for help again. There was also sharp things in the carpet at the entrance to the bedroom which was uncomfortable to step on.

Lovely views, staff were helpful and friendly, cockatoos were friendly. Remote control working ,bathrooms was spotless, visiting family were made welcomed by staff as they waited in the foyer. Excellent will stay again.

Really needed a salad bowl when cooking in. Lengthy stains/ spills running throughout the hallway although the carpet was vacuumed extremely well.

Really happy with our stay, great location and our room was facing away from the busy road so it was surprisingly quiet. We only stayed one night but with the kitchen and spacious rooms would have been comfortable there for longer time. Great fast communication from the property ahead of our stay when we needed things like a cot and early check in options.

Well appointed apartment which had everything that I needed and in a good location, walking distance to the station and shops. Comfortable and generally quiet.

The bathroom was quite worn and the dryer was filthy - had to pull out a huge amount of lint from the filter before it could be used. Very low water pressure in the shower.

Location was important to us and it fitted the bill. Staff were super friendly and helpful and remembered us from a previous stay. The room suited our needs and was clean and comfortable. Check out was swift and we would definitely stay there again

Cark parks are small and because of the locality, there is quite a bit of traffic noise

It was easy to collect the keys but office hours on the weekend are restricted which I didn't note when booking

Intrusive calls from the property trying to find out if I was visiting local hospital and doctors.... none of their business and very intrusive

It is close to where we needed to be in Heidleberg.

I understand that the rooms are only serviced Monday Wednesday and Friday but only 2 coffee pods and 2 teabags from Friday to Monday morning is a bit poor. A sign read extra coffee pods can be purchase is a bit OTT as well when you are paying such a high price for the unit. Surely they could afford at least 2 T bags a day.
