I like they had a pool, spa, playground and all the other facilities really. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nick was great at helping me change my booking, thank you. The complimentary milk was great, a bit more generous than other places I've been to.

Only a few minor suggestions/ dislikes. I think the cost for a night was a bit pricey, perhaps because it's Melb, and close to the CBD?! For the price we paid,I would have at least thought they'd provide some mini shampoo/ conditioner!! ( so note: BYO, your own shampoo/ conditioner) Other thing I don't like as much (it's not just at this park though) is the caravans and tents being so close to the cabins. The caravans weren't as bad, but we did have some tent a few metres from our kitchen windows. I just wish they all had their own sections personally.

I love the villa we stayed in. The lounge room was spacious, the kitchen had common kitchen tools, full sized fridge. Seperate toilet was great. The pool was perfect for toddlers and bigger kids. Games room was fun! There was heaps of other things to do within the park. The park was very busy on our stay but surprisingly we didn’t hear any noise during the night.

On arrival it was a very hot day and when we got to our villa is was very very hot inside and it took a while to cool down. It would be a nice touch to get someone to turn the aircon on before arrival on hot days to cool down. The fan in the room with bunks didn’t work. Shower drain took too long to drain with flooded the bathroom. The playground had no shade.

Plenty of things to do for the kids . Very helpful information from reception as to best way to travel into the city .

Don’t realise it was in residential area , the last night being there we had noisy neighbours who had no concept of time restrictions. The screen door lock was dangerous as it locked by itself and had to be unlocked with a key from the inside .

Cabin for 5 people - very comfortable. Main bed was excellent - usually have a bad night's sleep away from home but it was super comfy. Kids could play at the park whilst we got ready, we didn't use the pool because it was too cold but looked clean and fun. We accidentally left behind a football and the staff were amazing at finding it and getting it back to us after we had left.

Very very clean park.. Our floors in the room were very black when wiped with a wipey, but the rest of the place was nice..

There's nothing stopping the water from coming out of the shower. It's very very slippery. My 13yo daughter slipped getting out of shower & landed on the ground. She hurt herself in the process. The WiFi did not reach the cabin we were staying in.

Good location, close to trams and nice clear park

The room has so many lights, the tv light, internet light, microwave etc I had to unplug everything so I could sleep at night.

A fun place to stay with the family. Ability to have a grocery order delivered and packed away in our cabin before we arrived was exceptionally helpful.

Campers playing loud music late into the night. We spent a fortune on taxis to get around. No public transport near by to get in to the city easily. Great place to stay with the family if you don't want to go anywhere but if you want to get out and about, not very practical. The staff were pretty cranky in all of our interactions, (reception and cleaners) may have just been a busy weekend 🤷

Activities for the kids. Very clean, friendly staff and other customers also. Feels like a very safe place and quiet at the right times.

I don’t find the beds very comfortable, they’re too hard. It’s my only issue and wish they were softer for a more comfortable sleep.

Swimming pool, games room and outdoor playground. Great for kids. Excellent location, super convenient access to city and external suburbs, great having woolworths close by. Modern and clean cabin. Secure complex with codes for gates.

No curtain over kitchen sink area which means the lounge is visible from outside.

Easy to locate. Lots of fun, enough that you wouldnt need to leave the Park during your stay. Great friendly and helpfull staff!

Possibly cheaper washing machines. $4 a load can be alot when you are washing for kids that need a few changes a day and swimming aswell. Also a card to change machine for the washing machines, even if its kept in the reception for safety and security.
