We were upgraded to the apartment room due because the smoke alarm in our room was beeping non stop. The manager couldn’t fix it so transferred us to the apartment room. Management was quick to answer calls. Good location and had free parking. Close to the airport, about 15 minutes drive.

We arrived for check in and waited a good 20 mins before a staff arrived. The TAB next door paged for accommodation several times. Due to the sudden upgrade, they must not have prepared the apartment room so it was lacking cutlery, bowls etc even though there was a kitchenette. There was one heater in the living room where the sofa bed was so we slept there. No heater in the main room so it was freezing.

Beds provided a restful sleep. It was clean and comfortable. TV worked well. My children and I a had a cosy and satisfied stay. Price was very reasonable.

I confirmed downstairs room, ended up in furtherest room upstairs. Toiletries could be updated to large containers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Tissue box would be useful. Reception area not clearly sign posted or easy to find. I'm familiar with the area so eventually found the right parking, then I had to find receptiion. No one to give keys to on checkout, I guessed to put key in letterbox.

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff at reception are extremely helpful and made checking in a breeze. The location is also fantastic as it is separate from the bistro and main building, so it’s relatively quiet but you still have access to everything.

We stayed for 3 nights and no one came to clean our rooms or give us fresh towels which was quite disappointing.

It was confusing when I checked out in the morning. We planned to leave at 930am, but the hotel opened 10 am. The door was closed and couldn't return the door key. We were not sure if it can be left in the room or what. We ended up waiting until it open so we can return the door key.

Great facilities and restaurant. Very friendly staff. Very helpfull. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Liked that Kino and poker machines were available to entertain guests. Loved the free coffee. I have stayed with this group of hotels, and I must say, I will make this my first choice in accomodation when I visit Melbourne. Thank you team.

There was nothing i didn't like Apart from not able to have breakfast, but, really didn't stop me from booking. Plus side, I won $2000 on the pokies, this made my trip very enjoyable.

Great comfortable bed, large room with easy access. Shower works well and the provided toiletries and coffee tea is adequate. TV works.

No drinks vouchers provided, no 10% off meals as advertised. Stayed for two nights as a couple and got two breakfasts - not four. Rather confusing. They couldn't convert two individual bookings to the same room, rather cancelled the second one and charged more. Not enough wifi, TV wouldn't play Netflix due to slow/patchy connection. Ended up using our own data to play shows.

Location was convenient. Also pub meal was really good. Loved the shower. Place was clean.

I found the bed to soft but that personal preference. I didn’t get check out instructions and couldn’t find any in the room or on the website. I was leaving early before any staff were there and couldn’t find a key return or anything so just left the key in the room and closed the door hoping for the best.

A great location for our requirements, staff very friendly and food was awesome.

Only thing to complain about was the carpet needs cleaning, our feet and socks got black walking on it, which showed when we got in the shower.

Room was nice, clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed, apart from a toaster! Bed was soft but still had a good sleep. Meal and drinks at the attached facility was very nice and filling! They have a white rabbit running around the carpark 😅

The staff need some training. Forgetting items like keycard, so you can't get in the door, isn't idea when you are on the second floor. On checkout it says you need to return the keycard - on the website where it explains everything you need to do, but reception isn't open??

Easy check in process. Parking was convenient and easy. Room was spacious for 2 people. Beds were comfortable enough (DB and SB). Room was acceptably clean

Few random, questionable marks on the wall. Walls were a little thin so you could hear other guests (but didn't impact my stay)
