Huge room. Very odd to have 1 bedroom with a king bed and the other bedroom with 4 twin beds. Certainly only expected 1 bed per room. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Food in the restaurant was unexpectedly amazing. Lamb shank was tremendous.

We only stayed 1 night. Lobby hours are 10am to 4am. Seemed strange to leave the hotel from a side entrance. The hotel is attached to a casino, so must be some kind of rule. Don't know.

We liked the room, although a bit sparse. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the road noise early in the morning could be blocked out a bit more with a second set of double glazing. The T.V. was a good size, but the sound was fuzzy, as if the speaker was damaged or loose. Otherwise, the staff were great, parking for my large SUV was good and secluded and best of all our evening meal was served promptly after ordering and was cooked perfectly and the beer was cold!

Good location with plenty of parking. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and well appointed. Check in and check out were quick and easy.

When we arrived at 3pm we were pretty hungry but the kitchen at the pub was closed unfortunately and wasn’t even serving bar foods. But there’s plenty of take away shops in the area.

The staff were friendly and went over and above, the location was perfect for a trip to the airport the next morning, especially that I was arriving from a long day of driving from the North

The room was huge, spacious and clean environment bathroom enormous.

Change to proper queen bed mattress not push 2 singles together doesn't work very uncomfortable.Noisy close to the road, bit out of our country home. The beds were uncomfortable and moved whenever you moved. Second ensuite needed in a 2 bedroom apartment. And another TV.

Close to Hume Hwy and railway station. Very comfortable accommodation and the meals in the hotel were good. Staff are friendly and courteous.

A bit of truck noise but not too loud. Had some problems with the exterior security door but staff managed a work around.

Very clean and more then accommodating, even with flights delayed and so late checking in we were offered something to eat and drink, just a toastie but was the best toastie we had after nearly 12 hours that’s for sure

Look for what we paid it was great, only suggestions really not complaints, Maybe a phone in the room to make it easier for the not so tech savvy ppl to order room service ect and honestly if I’m being picky 2 milks in the fridge instead of 1

Room was very clean. Nice and comfy double bed. The food from the bistro was pretty good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free carpark at the back. Free drinks from bar or coffee which was a nice bonus.

There was a bit of food smell in the hall where rooms located, probably from kitchen. The coffee wasn't that good. It'd be good to hire proper barista or train the current staff.

Clean room, friendly staff, restaurant had good selection of food. Family friendly with few games for the kids to play. Over all it was way better than what I expected.

TV was a bit funny to operate but I wasn't there to watch tv so it didn't bother me.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room exceeded my expectations. We were given each a free drink on our arrival. We enjoyed the 10% discount on our meals at the hotel. We stayed in room 17 with 2 families, there was heaps of room and kitchen was well equipped.
