The free shuttle bus is definitely a big plus — it runs 24 hours a day, both from and to Tullamarine Airport, and the hotel is only a 10-minute drive away, which makes it super convenient if you’re arriving late or catching an early flight the next morning. The price is very reasonable, especially for Australia. The room was spacious, perfect if you need to repack or get organized before your next flight. Bathroom and bed were okay for the price — clean, functional, and everything worked as expected. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s even a restaurant on-site, which makes things even more convenient if you’re too tired to go out. Thank you for the great service!

Nothing major to dislike — everything was as expected. I’m just not a big fan of carpets. The carpet was clean, but carpets can never feel perfectly clean in general. I had my own slippers, so it was all good — but if you’re like me, maybe bring a pair just in case. I’m sure the staff would provide some if you asked. Thanks again for the great service!

The moment we got there the staff were wonderful. Reception staff had great sense of humour, polite, helpful. We dined at the restaurant and the meals came out fast and were huge! Value for money. Again, great staff in restaurant. Big shout out to the courtesy bus driver. We wanted to stay at airport for a while to see my son off. We were there for an hour and he happily collected us on one of his runs to take us back to hotel even though we had already checked out. We have collectively agreed this hotel will be our future base choice when traveling.

We forgot about the pool and didn't pack for it! We loved the stay, no complaints.

Close to URBNsurf - convenient. Good facilities. Quite close to public transport to the city, though the buses to Airport West are only about once per hour, or else about 40 mins walk. Clean, well-maintained. Eating options nearby - downstairs, or at 3 ducks (URBNsurf) or up the road at the Mantra, or at the nearby shops. For people who are catching planes, they have long-stay parking and a shuttle.

Really, it was all good, just one thing - if you leave anything in your bed when the room is made up, and if it goes with the sheets to the large laundry company, it's a one-way trip. We had an item that made that trip a couple of days into our stay, and staff did try to get it back, to no avail. So, on days that you want your room made up, clear out any pyjamas or cushions from the bed first!

Recommended by a friend who had told me about how good the shuttle service was, and you could leave your car there for the duration of your trip. Well oiled machine that I was able to easily park, took into account my mobility so was given a room near reception, which did not require stair access. Staff friendly and easy transition to the airport via shuttle the next day.

Personal preference, but the restaurant for dinner was very cold. I was there at a busy time so was only there for a short time, but the aircon was very cold and I went back to my room very quickly.

Extremely convenient for our family needs, picking up a child arriving from an international flight after midnight, we were able to leave the car at lodge, and take the free shuttle to and from the airport at midnight, free on-site parking, bed configuration great for us, one queen and 2 singles (family of 4, 2 x adults and 2 adult offspring) bathroom small, but adequate, beds comfortable, no airport noise that we noticed, only annoyance we had was the very bright light coming in from curtains that didn't quite close (the light was from security lighting in the car park) (which isn't a bad thing, and once asleep was fine) it just disturbed one of our children.

The pickup from the airport was quick and efficient. Check in was quick as it was after midnight and we were very tired. The check out time is also extremely good if you had a very late check in. The Hotel looks very clean and I am presuming it is under new management as it looks like they are doing some upgrading on the hotel itself.

I only have two complaints I think the beds or mattresses need replacing as they have seen their day. The other complaint is we had a room with the shower over the bath which was very slippery when trying to climb over the bath which for an older person could be very dangerous.

We arrived very early jet lagged and they were very kind and got us a room early . The girls that cleaned were amazing and efficient . Loved the free milk at the desk so we could drink tea . Beds are comfortable and shower was great . Swimming pool is nice . We stayed here for the wave pool and it’s a perfect Location for that . Free shuttle is also excellent .

Our room was a little Noisy at times due to Being near the entrance and the light shone through the curtains a bit but the jet lag was affecting my sleep as well .

Lovely room, clean, large with very comfy bed, excellent pickup facility and very friendly efficient staff. Lovely looking bar/ restaurant, but had a terrible meal there 2 weeks prior.

We didn’t eat in the restaurant as I had a very poor fish and chip meal before we went o/s 2 weeks prior. The meal wasn’t cheap and I was very disappointed, Left hungry ! We booked for the 10am shuttle back to airport and saw the staff enter it onto the log but next morning there was no record of it. This is the first time that this has happened. However, We got to the airport in time

Airport shuttle was free for pick and drop and we utilized it for an airport visit which was free and kids enjoyed a lot. Airport view from hotel room was very nice.

There were no electric sockets near the beds or on anywhere else in the room which caused lots of trouble for laptop and mobile charging which is a lifeline in today wold. There were only two available only on bench which was less for a family of 4 or more people. there was no dressing mirror in the room as well. More toilet accessories should have been there.

Apart from being ripped off by a scam taxi, my stay at the hotel was perfect. I hadn't realised the shuttle bus ran through the night and got a taxi except it was a scam and I was charged 90 australian dollars for a 10 minute taxi ride. Be aware do not get in a taxi that is not at the taxi rank, These supposed taxi drivers wait outside the arrival hall and ask if you want a taxi, If you get in their car it will be a scam and you will be charged alot of money. Lovely hotel made me feel a bit better about my horrible experience.
