Clean, accessible, close to airport, close to shopping centre, close to tram line and the staff was amazing. Loved the complimentary coffee & soft drinks, it saved us after a long day at the F1 track not wanting to go out again. Check in and out easy. Cannot fault a single thing other than the very unsupportive/worn out mattress that didn’t offer sufficient spinal support - i’m 80kg and it felt like sleeping on a hammock.

Location is great for my trip. Also it is right next to Westfield shopping centre, Macca's, petrol, BWS, etc, very convenient. Reception Staff is so warm and welcoming. The little chat with us made a great connection. The rooms are spacious and well designed to be able to fit in a lot of things. Bathroom looks have been recently renovated. Rooms and beds are so clean, spotless verywhere. Good quality of pillow and bedding stuff, really comfy to sleep.

It is not noise proof at all. You can hear very clearly of people talking next door. But there's a sign hanging inside the room saying that you can contact staff for unreasonable noise after 10pm, which I guess can be helpful if needed.

Fabulous situated 5 mins from Tullamarine airport, Nightcap had everything on site that we needed. Rooms were private and quiet, within a short walk to the bistro which served delicious food and much needed drinks, away from the bustle of the gaming room. Everything was within reach but nicely separate, so you could pick and choose what you wanted to engage with for the stay.

A tiny thing - to turn on the main bathroom light, you did have to put up with the exhaust fan, which could be disruptive in the night... And overpowered my music when showering 😂

Close to the airport and shopping centre. Lots to do on site but still quiet in the rooms. Trivia was going on the night we visited in the sports bar and the crowd was super welcoming to newbies joining in. Staff were friendly with a relaxed and accommodating manner.

The reception desk wasn’t manned when we arrived and there was no simple way to connect with staff. Although when they were available, the check in was super friendly.

Ideal location for collection family from airport, next to shopping centre. Beds were very comfy, rooms air-conditioned and clean. Shower was very good, excellent pressure although if you just wanted body shower this wasn't going to happen as it was a rainfall head that soaked you from above. Netflix etc on TV was a bonus Complimentary water a bonus

No staff on reception when I arrived and only came when someone from the pokies wanted cash so not very welcoming. Overheard staff talking about being run off there feet and having noone to cover so avoided the bistro and went to shopping centre for food. Massive crack in the sink which meant it leaked if you ran it. No plug near the kettle so had to move it across the room to boil.

Stayed here on afternoon & night of 8/11/23. Our check in contact was Jason & he was excellent. We were a little early as we'd come in from Mt Gambier on REX 6.30 flight to Melbourne so had to wait until 10am for reception to open. Check in wasn't until 2pm but he said we could have two rooms out of the three we'd booked. We only dumped our bags there & went over to Westfield shopping centre ( less than a 2 minute walk) . Came back after 2pm & 3rd room was ready. Our rooms were 3,4,&15. All twin singles with ample room for multiple bags & people. Conveniently located 10mins from Melbourne Airport ( that's why we are staying here). We used Uber XL to get here & it was a reasonable price to get here. All checked in & went over to the sports bar for a few drinks. The Bar tender was doing a power of work running the show by herself & made us feel very welcome. We ate dinner in bistro & our meals were: 3 steak sandwiches, beef risoles & fish n chips. All reasonably priced & very nice meals. Beds comfortable, hot water in shower, rooms quiet, A/C operational well. Rooms clean & functional. All rooms on ground floor. One of my traveling companions was in a wheelchair but still able to walk a little so the shower/ toilet was accessible. Not sure if a person was totally dependent on wheelchair if rooms available Really happy with staying here & appreciate the staff being super friendly 🙏🙏

Great reception. Minor issues with room, dripping tap, fading light bulb. Reception organised a plumber and electrician within the day Our stay was for ten nights, so acted on promptly. Was offered a different room, but had unpacked then discovered minor issues and decided to stay put.

Good helpful staff..Easy to eat at the bistro(delicious and affordable food) and option to gamble if you like it.Bkf was on the go with little prepared take away box.

Difficult to find it..as GPS /google.map takes you far away from that w its number.(It is inside the Westfield shopping center ..part of gambling/bistro restaurant group..in front of office works.)/No microwave in the room..clean, modern but not big room./Parking is in front of entry..as part of the shopping center complex.Not a closed secure area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location to the airport was great. Despite the location near the shopping mall and carpark the room was quiet. Shopping and access to the mall was handy for supplies. Had the steak in restaurant and it was superb. Cheers to the team at Nightcap at Skyways Hotel. Highly recommend.

Roslyn and Ben were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, efficient, professional. Wonderful start to my holiday to Los Angeles. I was just staying one night to be close to the airport for my morning flight. Loved being able to make cups of tea in room. Loved the Trivia night on the Thursday night, gave me something to do to while away the hours before my flight.

No airport shuttle bus.
