Newly build and modern. Very comfortable rooms and bed. Would stay again. Room service food was very good and quick.

All good. Only a tip - walk through the bus terminal to get there. Google maps will try and send you around it via the road.

The hotel has recently opened and is very well appointed. If you like to watch planes the view of the runway is terrific . Breakfast was very good, the hotel provides a shuttle bus to all departure areas of tullamarine .

A five minute walk from the airport. I loved the short video on the site showing exact directions. Great idea!! Breakfast was $80 for 2 but a good selection of food. I loved the coffee machine very easy to use and the pastries 🥐 yum! Comfortable lounges to relax in and very quiet areas in the foyer surrounded by gardens and greenery. We were allowed early checkin thank you Julie who was very accommodating as we arrived early due to early morning flight arrival. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable with all you needed. Huge bottles of soap, shampoo etc. very good! The restaurant delivered the best food the staff friendly and skilled. We had the chicken and steak cooked to perfection. Good selection of drinks and service was excellent. We will definitely return if needing to.

Nothing- not everything open on the weekends but we had enough choices

Great facilities, wellness area, ample sitting area downstairs to stretch your legs, or lounge around while you wait to check in/out. Great to have the shuttle service to/from the airport terminals. Gym facilities were like a commercial gym, which is unheard of in a hotel setting, there's digital classes you can take, 1x reformer pilates and compression boots, and a high-tech body scanner. Highly recommended just for these facilities alone.

room temperature gauge wasn't working, we tried turning down the heating but it didn't work, so tried overriding it for the aircon but it also failed. We ended up sweating through the night and got so thirsty and in hindsight, should have called downstairs to reception. Cafe closes early and restaurant quite pricey, we didn't dine there - perhaps next time.

It was quiet and relaxing. The pillows are horrible and are the size and firmness for giants, not for normal people. Now dealing with a sore and stiff neck. Take your own pillow if possible and throw there pillows on the floor. Bathrooms are nice but small, showers that have a flat tiled floor without a door allows water to splash out across the bathroom floor and into the passage area. No way of heating food, no microwave. A fridge that's now half the size they used to be and no freezer at the top. Not cold either.

The food menu wasn't something I would choose to eat. The only basic snack was fries, just not enough variety for healthy eaters. Air cons impossible to set or understand

Close proximity to the airport, which was important as we arrived at 11.45 pm after a 10 hour flight, and we wanted to have a good night's sleep and breakfast before we commenced a 10 hour drive to our home. Breakfast was excellent and well worth the spend. Staff were first-rate

Signage... a bit rubbish if you haven't been there before and it's nighttime. While there is a huge 'Novatell sign on the building - not much help when you're trying to find the entry. ..and when you do, your eye is drawn to the left-hand side glass sliding door - that says Ibis. Street signing would be a really good idea

The hotel was amazing, lovely fresh and new facilities. Very comfortable and stylish, immaculately clean room. Breakfast was outstanding with make your own fresh juice and honeycomb very novel additions. Thanks for an amazing stay (at an airport hotel- we wished we stayed longer. You have seriously outdone yourselves).

The only tricky aspect was that the hotel was so new many Ubers struggled to locate as their sat navs took them to T4 or other areas of the airport. We met other guests who had the same issue. Easily sorted with a phone call and I’m sure this will sort out as the maps update over time.

The hotel was newly opened and the facilities are brand new and modern. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The shower and bathroom layout is good. The breakfast at the restaurant onsite is a delight with lots of hot options and freshly squeezed juices.

Some staff were indifferent. A receptionist named “Linda” didn’t tell me to book in advance though I asked for specifics about the airport shuttle. Later I found out when I talked to a male staff. I wanted to take the earlier shuttle but the receptionist told me to wait for my scheduled shuttle. After waiting for 20 mins and waited for my scheduled shuttle, the driver didn’t have my room number on his sheet so I just gave him a number listed on the sheet, and he let me in anyway. And we were the only guests taking the shuttle. I didn’t really understand the system.

The facilities, specifically the gym and spa were excellent. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and breakfast was good.

Mostly the staff were very good, but they were understaffed when it came picking up our bags from storage. There didn't seem to be any awareness or urgency when it came to retrieving bags so people could make it to the airport on time, we weren't the only ones with this issue. The staff member who was on duty was particularly unhelpful and quite rude, she created quite a negative end to an otherwise very positive experience.

I HAD a bad experience so take note first I checked in online and paid in full you couldn't find my check in and had to prove that I paid by showing money taken from my account was twice sent 2 different floors but couldn't find our room third time they said sorry put on wrong lift third time ask for assistance to make sure our room was where it ought to be third time lucky then given 4 $20 vouchers for breakfast told them not having breakfast then was told I can use the vouchers anything went to the bar with my grandchildren cannot use them i must check very tired by now lady came said you can have1 drink each. My experience was terrible I give you a zero out of 10
