The room was clean, had everything we needed and was comfortable.

Parking. Paid $35 to park (expansive imo) and when we got back there was 2 parks left.. either of the parks chosen meant I had to climb out of my passenger door to get out of the car because it was such a small cramped car park. To then get the car out I had to do the same. Couldn’t open my boot due to the clearance above when reversed in meaning I had to put my seats down to get out luggage from boot through back seat. Only downfall - expensive parking and not very easy to navigate. Luckily I was able to get out of the passenger door.

I was there for a short stay and the location was a recommendation based on a friend. The apartment was perfect. Very boutique. I reached really early in the morning after a 13 hour flight and the staff on duty, Luke, was so helpful and very nice. Paid a small amount for a one bedroom upgrade with a balcony and it was great. The room had everything you would need for a short stay. If you need supplies I believe you have a Coles within walking distance. You have a lot of restaurant options once you step out. The staff really makes it a good stay. Very friendly.

Towards the end I had issues with the WiFi as it kept disconnecting and when you are on roaming, you need the WiFi for work and communicating. This was the only issue, thankfully I was not in the room much and did not need it as much, if not I would have spoken to front desk about it.

I wanted to stay fairly close to Melbourne Airport and this place was only 15 min drive. It was walking distance to a small shopping mall and good selection of restaurants. The staff member on duty was extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet, even though it overlooked the main road.

On site parking was very expensive so I opted to park on the street, but before 5.30pm, the limit was 1 hour so I had to move my car. Reception was only open till 5pm and my air conditioner stopped working after 5pm so there was no one to notify.

Very modern and clean. Thought out design. It was perfect place for my stay. The mini balcony was lovely and lots of natural light. Great location for restaurants.

For some of the studio rooms I have stayed in, the shower doors don’t have the proper drip directors at the bottom. So the bathroom gets flooded super fast. The after hours check in process was a bit painful. Not a fan of having to give my ID and credit card over email. They give you a link to pre check in a day in advance for other details. A better option would be to do it there rather than email! The gym is in a closed off little room needs windows.

Great property, clean and close to the part of Melbourne we needed. Booked studio with small kitchen and fridge. Had small laundry, everything we needed.

We wanted to sit on our balcony but the neighbour was smoking and it wafted into our room, so we couldn’t even open the doors to the balcony, really unpleasant. Sadly the hotel provides ashtrays on the balcony. Additionally, there is a $25 charge per night for parking which we didn’t know about. If not for these two issues, the stay would have been perfection..

Luke was super helpful when checking-in as I was in a hurry - very appreciative of that. Also the location is perfect for moving around local and/or into the City (Tram Stop outside the door).

The noise of the trams moving along Keilor Road up until midnight but I expected this so I'm not dissappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Punthill Apartment hotel. The check-in process was seamless, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the room was immaculate, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with an abundance of cafes, restaurants, and public transport options nearby. We look forward to returning!

A nice part of town with excellent restaurants and ease of public transport. The hotel was exceptional and both Camille & Zippy gave outstanding customer service. I was very impressed by the kitchenette and the washing machine & dryer in the bathroom, so I could go home with clean clothes, and also our towels could be dried after each shower. I would definitely stay there again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Was surprised by how brand new the looks of the room was as it seems those are newly renovated. Excellent location, this is close to the airport and there is a tram line in front which gives the guest an easy access going to the city in case they need a public transport. It is surrounded by cafe's and restaurant and only 5 min walk to Woolworth's. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and location on a very affordable price.

It was located in a convenient place with a tram stop right out front, a supermarket nearby, easy to get to, and was welcoming. All the staff were lovely and everything was extremely clean.

There wasn't much as to what I didn't like. I only stayed one night. However, everything was extremely clean, and everyone (including other guests) was lovely.
