Front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. No additional charges or hidden fees (this has been an issue at other city hotels so we were pleasantly surprised). Central location and close to public transport (15 minute walk from the train station and there was a bus stop less than 50 metres from the front reception area) and rooms were clean and comfortable. As we left we noticed the presence of a restaurant as well so this is something we’ll definitely make use of next time we stay!

Extra towels and blankets in the rooms would have been nice- when we arrived there was only one towel for us and it got quite chilly overnight and there wasn’t the usual “extra pillow, blanket and ironing board tucked away in the closet” situation we are accustomed to. This did not take away from what a great location or what wonderful service we got though so we will definitely stay again but may just request this ahead of time.

great price for clean room with bus stop right outside. had a late check in organised and they were accommodating and it was very easy. room had a fridge, aircon, fan, smart tv and comfortable bed! would definitely recommend.

only had 1 teaspoon between us, didn’t have a microwave, shower head was on upside down but worked okay and the carpet at the edge of the tiles had started to rip up and there was a nail sticking out - needs fixing urgently as is a health and injury hazard.

The room was spacious, the reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Although a little outdated, it was very good value

Cleanliness. Not from a lack of trying from Sean (sorry if wrong spelling). Proof they don't move and vacuum under the beds, we found some coinage under the single bed. My 3 year old claimed it for her money box. There is some mold around the base of the shower. I think if we were staying a little longer we would have preferred a microwave in our room also.

Room was clean and comfortable. The bed neither hard or soft, so for me it was great. Air conditioner did a great job of keeping the climate right and there was always a parking space available close by for the first floor room. Tea and Coffee were replenished daily as was the room cleaned.

1. No milk provided in the fridge for tea and coffee. Lucky we brought our own. 2. Plenty of car spaces but not specifically assigned to the room.

Location close to major shopping centre, and conference venue at showgrounds, on a tram line and fairly close to train station, plenty of eating venues nearby. 8 minute train ride to city. Helpful staff who tried hard to respond to requests for microwave and extra beds, beds were very comfortable, water was hot. Price reasonable for location.

Needs basic maintenance, some lights didn't work, shower had a leaking tile in one room, security clip not complete on door, a cold tap on basin was really noisy when turned on. All things could be easily fixed by maintenance.

Room was quiet and well kept. And was told bathroom had been renovated.

Found water over bathroom floor ...couldnt find the leak. Went and bought food to make breakfast ...no toaster or microwave . Would have been nice to prepare own food and not rely on takeaway.

Shaun the manager was the best! Very helpful, easy to talk to and went above and beyond with any enquiries had about getting to places, where to eat etc etc. If it wasn't for him our stay wouldn't of been anywhere near as enjoyable. He was also a great story teller and had some cracking jokes.

My only two negitives were we had no spoons in our room for the provided tea & coffee. But Shaun quickly fixed that. Also no restaurant even though it's on the sign infront of the building.

Shawn the manager went out of his way to meet my needs by providing the a room that helped me with my disability. I also needed direction to Tullamarine domestic terminal to pick-up my mum and brother who arrived safely from wa this morning

I wish the room had a toaster and a microwave.

The outside looks a bit run-down - was super impressed when i walked into my room. Great set up. Spacious, clean and comfortable. I travel weekly for work and i will stay here again for sure.

This is the best motel you will find at a very affordable price close to the city. The beds are huge and comfy. The shower is great. Lots of parking. The owner is really friendly and there are so many great Asian restaurants in walking distance.
