Location to Showgrounds and state netball / hockey centre is fantastic. Easy tram ride to the Showgrounds or into the city. Apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. Looks to have been updated in recent years. There was ample tea and coffee and we were offered milk upon check in. Air cond worked well enough on a 31deg day. Parking within motel was easy enough and there was ample street parking surrounding the motel but be aware it has time limits during the day. We will return as it is good value for money.

Towels need replacing, very thin and threadbare. Could do with a few extra plates and bowls etc.

I was very happy with our stay. Clean, comfortable and cozy. The outside of the building looks old, but inside the apartment it was clean and modern. The bathroom was clean which is a must for me, shower clean and modern fittings. The apartment was vacuumed and bath towels replenished each day. The apartment also had free Netflix and Disney channel. The bed was comfy and sheets clean and smelled good. I would stay here again if we ever go to Melbourne.

The location didn't have any restaurants close by, but this wasn't really an issue for us as the city is close and the IGA is within walking distance of approx 10 min walk.

Location was very good and easily accessible from the main road and into the secure car park by car. Tram stop is only a 2 minute walk from accommodation and then just a short tram ride to City. Sean, I dealt with at reception as well as on the phone a couple of months ago was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous and the lady who did our house keeping mid week was a lovely lady as well (she is usually at reception however was helping house keeping due to staff being away). In fact all reception staff as well as house keeping staff are very friendly. This was our second time at Park Squire Serviced apartments and will definitely be back. Thank to all staff there.

Everything was great.

The location is AMAZING! The nearest tram stop being roughly 150m from the property. I slept like a baby, found the beds very comfortable. The apartments have everything you need and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are lovely and welcoming.

There is no elevator to get to the rooms so you do need to carry luggage up flights of stairs which is less than ideal. A tad run down on the outside. The towels in the bathroom are a little on the thin side but none of the above would stop me from staying here again.

Stayed here for 5 nights and had a good stay! No issues, was comfortable the whole time and the staff were helpful. Nice spacious room, comfortable firm bed, TV right in front of the bed, good aircon, plenty of power sockets, spacious bathroom, powerful shower pressure and decent sized fridge. Could not hear road traffic at all so was quiet and private.

1. The location was a perfect 30min walk through the park to the university which is what I needed, but it was a bit of dead zone for restaurants. I ordered takeout delivery most nights as did other guests because the dinning options were a 15-30min walk away. 2. Stairs from car park to room were a bit difficult with lots of luggage / a heavy suitcase to carry up. 3. It was not super clean, carpet needed a more thorough vacuum and found hairs that were not mine, but one cannot have high standards for these budget places.

Great location, close to State Netball Centre. Easy to access from the Freeway, and friendly staff are always helpful. Options for both motel room or apartments (we've stayed at both, depending on how long we're staying and how many people are with us). Our first choice for sports training at the State Netball Centre! You can even walk easily if carparking is busy.

We really enjoy everything about Park Squire. :)

The room was great, clean and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Staff were awesome and happy to assist whenever we had questions, including letting us book in early on our first night.

Noise levels could be better. It seemed there wasn't much noise proofing with regard to other tenants? Probably due to it being such an old building. Rooms was beautifully renovated, but the entry foyers etc still remain old, and took away some of the aesthetic of the accommodation, but not unsurmountable.

Lovely checking staff. We were at a music festival and was so good to come back to a new ser of towels. The shower was hot, and we even got offered milk for our coffee in the morning. 711 across the road. Up around the corner tram 57 takes you straight to flemington Race Course and all the restaurants and cafes. Our room was way up the back away from the traffic and insulated against noise. A quiet area.

Not that we didn't like it. Just the outside of the building were run down, but the rooms were renovated. The apartment was clean and comfortable, but if you're picky with appearances, you may find fault. We loved our stay there.

Separate bedroom was appreciated as was the good kitchen. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

10 noisy young people one night was a bit annoying, but this happens once in a while. Getting in and out of the site can be a bit of a trick with the traffic as it can only be entered from the north and exit is only to the south all in heavy multi-laned traffic. Recommend using the trams and forget the car. No eateries close by. A small super market is about 300m north.

Very friendly and helpful reception team, especially when I needed directions to get around. We had an apartment which had everything we needed in the kitchen, I also liked that the kitchen is contained so the cooking smells stay there and not in the bedrooms. Our self-contained apartment was at the back, so quieter than the non-kitchen appointed units at the front. It is fairly near to the city and easily accessed by the tram. They don't charge for parking, which inner city accommodation does charge, which can be very pricey.

The self-contained apartment block is quite a walk from the car park, so you can't see your car from your apartment. It is dated, but pleasant enough. We were on the second floor, so it was a hike to take our bags from the car and up the stairs. Also, it is easy to drive past the entrance to the Hotel, as it's on a busy street and proved hard to locate arriving in the dark.
