Located in a nice neighbourhood with convenience location to travel. Train station is only 10minutes walk. Tram stop is only across the road. Slightly noice with local traffics but it was what expected being in the inner city location. Only 20minutes walk to one of most popular markets, Queen Victoria Market. Pleasantly accomodating room with plenty of natural lights and secured windows/access. Plenty of room for up to 2 (short-stay) travellers. Professionally cleaned and comfortable. Friendly and engaging customer service. Highly recommended for budgeted-travellers 🤠🐝👍🏼🍀

The size of appartment was great.The bed was large and comfortable. Could do your washing and drying of clothing. All pots pans and crockery to cook up a storm. I liked everything about the apartment. Great place to stay.

The fact that I couldn’t get into the appartment. The key code would not open the door staff had to be called out twice to get me in.

Value great and the location is not too bad,good sized rooms and very helpful friendly staff, Would stay again no problem

Could have been a little cleaner as in shower scrubbed and place dusted, also lack of television use not even free to air television, shouldn't have to pay for tv services,also tiles in bathroom extremely slippery I nearly went flying 3 times going in with bare feet and the floor was dry.

Great location for the event I attended. Tram is right outside the hotel.

Unfortunately I was assigned the wrong type of room (should be one bedroom type but was assigned in a studio. The staff tried to move me to the right room the next day but didn’t happen because no cleaner to clean the room.

Bed was extremely comfortable, was quite happy seeing clean white sheets with no stains. Was quite roomy and homely.

Water pressure was a bit weird but didn’t bother us too much. Would be nice if there was an ironing board, but it was a bonus that there was even an iron anyway!!

The location was great. The size of the apartment was very impressive. Facilities were fine.

I could not get the tv to work, but that could be more a me problem! Have to buy batteries for the remote.

Was easy walking distance to the shops, cafes, markets and we even walked into the city. Excellent location to the tram stop. The apartment have everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

You just had to try and block out the traffic noise when trying to sleep. I did download the app for the key and was told it would be sent through at 1:30pm on arrival day but I never received it.

good location for what I need to do over the weekend . easy access to tram to go to QVM and city. clean and spacious room.

only one towel was provided and no one can send another one after cleaner left the property. The mugs are not fully cleaned.

Great location. So close to trams was excellent. Handy bottleO and fish n chip shop 5 minutes walk. Little further was a hotel with fabulous friendly staff and delicious meals.

No spare toilet roll. Needed bit of guidance on operating washing machine. ????

A great place to rest my weary head after going to a music festival. It's always great to occasionally wake up near Melbourne's CBD the next morning to do some sightseeing. Whilst not stellar, it still makes for a modest stay with adequate facilities.
