- The apartment is spacious with great wardrobe space - The kitchen utensil is fully equipped - The check in is easy on another side of road - The check out is easy by just returning the key to the check in counter - TV, dishwasher, toaster, oven. microwave, washing machine with dryer, stove, fridge, hair dryer, bath shower all functioning - The security looks good by using access card for entrance and lift - Downstairs for ALDI supermarket - 13 mins walk for free tram station next to police station Melbourne by tram no 85 to Collins street - 8 mins walk at behind direction to Erral street (opposite the Audi) for 7-11, Chemist Warehouse, Library, Restaurants etc. - Plenty of offsite parking which required meter - The curtain in the room is acceptable with not fully cover but at least thick and probably around 98% covered without too bright in morning. - Good sleeping quality for King Size Bed in both rooms. - Soup for bath, dishwasher and washing machine provided - Kitchen roll and tissue provided - Bath towel is good
- No air conditioner in 2nd bedroom (but they provided a stand fan) - Toilet hand shower

Good location and we were able to walk then tram / train to wider Melbourne area Good size apartment with all facilities we required
We were surprised no apartment servicing during a 7 day stay and had to empty our own rubbish bins (based on other accommodations this was part of the overall costs) A couple of recommendations: 1) instructions for microwave and washing machine & dryer would have been useful 2) Coffee machine / plunger with complimentary coffee 3) Midweek service would improve overall rating - and no extra cost for this given reasonable base pricing

Excellent location of the apartments right in the center, 12 minutes walk to the train station, 5 minutes to the tram stop. New clean apartments, but with a large area there is little furniture, so it’s not very comfortable inside. However, everything inside is clean and new. Polite staff, early check-out without problems
Please note that they charge a $100 security deposit. A week after the checkout, the deposit was returned to the card without any problems

We enjoyed a peaceful and pleasant two-week stay. Communication and service was excellent. The place was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals at home. Everything we needed was provided—laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, sponges, and toiletries. The shower was spacious with great water pressure. Having an Aldi’s downstairs made grocery shopping super convenient. The bus stop was just around the corner, and it was only about a 10-minute walk to Southern Cross Station. Be aware housekeeping is not daily. (Work out housekeeping during your stay with the receptionist.) Also, the reception desk has limited hours, there is no breakfast service, pool or gym.
My only major concern was that the bed was way too hard. I had the hardest time to sleep and got cramped up. I had to purchase a double air mattress at K-Mart to sleep on during the majority of my stay.

It was central and had parking and public transport at the doorstep. It was well maintained and equipped. The staff and the building manager were a delight to communicate with and were very helpful and polite. It was quiet and we were situated on the top floor with a balcony which was what we requested and that was nice that they were able to accommodate our needs. The neighbours on our floor were also pleasant and friendly. I was impressed how quickly the building manager attended a repair when our door would not lock as we were heading out for the day. He was very handy and respectful. He even took off his shoes before entering our apartment which was very respectful. I liked that it had a washing machine in the apartment and it was very clean with instructions on how to use. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk were provided. Complimentary wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash, also body lotion, hand wash and a good powerful hair dryer was also provided. We had all the kitchen necessities we needed, and a good sized tv that worked. Overall, my son and I really enjoyed our stay and would gladly book the same hotel and the same room again.
About the cleanliness, I rated that a bit poorly only due to the fact that there was a what appeared to be a fist sized old blood stain on the doona. And not only that, it was right at the top of the doona where we cover ourselves so we were really grossed out by it. However, overall the apartment was clean.

Nice price. Pretty new facilities.
The drain pipe is stuck already by hair or dirty stuff when we used the bathroom at night. Fortunately, we can troubleshoot the problem by ourself. Probably it's not the standard procedure to check the drain pipe but still hope we won't encounter the situation again. A bit noisy when it is on 3-level and facing Spencer street.

I loved the place, it had almost everything you would need for week or more stay. The location was about 20 min walk to the city, the area was safe and had a supermarket nearby. Overall great apartment we enjoyed it very much, and would definitely stay again.
They mention they clean 1x if you are staying over 7 nights, we stayed 8 nights, and no one came to clean. We were a family of 4 staying there, it definitely need to be cleaned at least every 3 days as there was no vaccum provided for cleaning (there was laundry liquid, dish soap etc though). In the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in there were only ACs in the living room and the master bedroom, the second room did not have AC and it did get hot even with the AC in the other rooms on.

The apartment was in a quiet suburb and a great size for our stay. Separate bedroom, bathroom, open planned kitchen, dining, second office like area/extra bedroom and lounge gave 2 of us plenty of space. Lots of cupboard space in bedroom, kitchen, and living areas. Short walk to Queen Victoria Markets and 57 tram (from stop 10) into CBD via Elizabeth Rd or train to Spencer Street Station via North Melbourne station. Several supermarkets within a short walk. Small balcony with garden view.
No instructions for combination washer/dryer or dishwasher .. I don't have either appliances. Was a 25 minute walk to Spencer Street Station.

Spacious and clean appartment. Well equiped (except for towels). Supermarket around the corner. Nice view from the balcony towards downtown Melbourne. Only a short walk to Melbourne CBD, Parks, Cafés, Restaurants etc. Wasching Maschine, washing detergent and dryer was a plus.
Having only one small hand towel (in addition to the one bath towel per person) and no face towels at all is very unusual and not very convenient. Sure you can wash the one towel provided in the washing machine, but in the meantime you don't have a towel 😉 The plants on the balcony were in most parts dead... 😭

It's in a good location just on the outskirts of the CBD. Bus stop directly outside or tram stop not too far of a walk. The balcony was a great spot to sit for a drink at the end of the day and look out over part of the city. It had a great sized kitchen, however the top of the rangehood hadn't looked to be cleaned in awhile and had grease built up on it. If you have a room facing onto Spencer St, then it's noisy with traffic all night if you like to have your window open. Otherwise the closed windows really do dampen a lot of the noise. The beds were very firm and didn't have cushioning to them.
