Location on 6th floor, quiet and large king room. Amenities replaced everyday. Free tram outside and airport SkyBus 150m from hotel.

Great value - good sized room - modern good bathroom - v clean - comfortable bed

Reception photocopied my Credit card - bordering on illegal- inviting fraud- advised I wasn't happy with process even though they tried to claim it would b held 'safely'??

The bed was amazing and room was incredibly clean.

They held mt security deposit because I got my period on their linen and left rubbish in the bin. I was told they would keep my $200 deposit because it costs money to hire cleaners to clean the rooms

The hotel was very accommodating, when we arrived we were informed there was no airconditioning working in that tower, ( it did get fixed eventually) they moved us to another room for a couple of nights, also giving us their breakfast for free and a late checkout. Note- this is our second stay and we will stay here again I'm sure! The location is awesome 👍

Because we initially had a double room with city views. when we were moved for a couple of nights, they gave us a family room with no view. We actually preferred the double room, not just because of the view, but because it was more open and spacious.

Overall, a pleasant stay! The staff were kind and helpful. Room was nice and clean with daily room service available. It had everything you needed including a fridge, desk, couch, plenty of power outlets as well as daylight and blockout blinds. Additionally, the bathroom was also really nice and modern. They were also playing the wicked movie soundtrack in reception so that’s bonus points for me!!!

The one thing that was a little frustrating is if your keycard goes too close to your phone it wipes the card and you can’t get into your room. Happened to me twice in three days despite my best attempt to avoid it. But this is incredibly minor!

The location is great in the CBD within the free tram zone less than 2 blocks from Southern Cross Station which is also the location of the Sky Bus to/from the airport. The room was spacious but blandly decorated and the bed was comfortable enough but could have used 4 pillows. The bathroom was large enough with a spacious shower and the towels were comfy. There is a 24 hour front desk staff and all were helpful and friendly and went the extra mile by printing out some tram information for getting to the AO. There was a fridge in the room and a hot water pot for making tea and coffee. We did not get to use the pool but seems like a great option for those hot days.

A little bit of color and decoration in the room would be welcomed.

This stay I was in Tower One 8 th floor 4 nights . Lifts, halls clean & new carpet everywhere Room spacious , shower only , clean , new carpet Sheets , towels exc , bed comfortable ( just need accessable power points by bed ) basic Decore - quiet - everything working . Store bags after check out 👍 First time using breakfast room - limited range but always clean (still goid value if you had to pay ) tidy & tables always well presented . The young lady every morning very efficient & pleasant. Phoned reception one evening for question operating TV system I was unfamiliar with & guys very helpful over phone & offered to come to room to if I needed them to🙌

Maintence .. small jobs but needed to give higher rating . Mould appearing under clear sealant at sink basin & on shower floor- soap holder not secure . Noticed change in front reception staff .. much friendlier & helpful . Others still need a welcome smile ( being constructive for your ratings to be 10 )

Check in was smooth and all communication was excellent. The first room I was allocated had been occupied by a smoker even though on a non smoking floor, it was no problem to get another room which was perfect. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast option for $15 is plentiful. Cereal, toast, beans, eggs, coffee and tea. Definitely a good deal. The location was perfect for me, as I'm new to Melbourne and the Southern Cross Station where the airport Sky Bus drops you off, was only a short walk. There is a shopping centre almost across the road containing a Coles which was very helpful and a major Police Station across from the hotel, so I felt very safe. There are lots of trams within a few minutes walk that will take you to the city. I would definitely recommend and stay here again too, if the price was still good.

Didn't like the smoking smell in the first room I was given, but it was no problem to change.
