Perfect location for access to Marvel stadium, trams also very close by and staff were happy to assist with information and maps regarding this, easy walk to Melbourne central . Front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and couldn’t fault them!

One of the major downfalls, was the television in the room was not a smart TV, so no access to Netflix etc. the television did have a cast option but I was unable to get this to work. Pillows XL but way to soft for me. Pool facility average, located in the sister residential building and outside with no shelter from Melbourne's chaotic weather , view of the gym one side and the other very average view of the city.

Peppers Melbourne – A Perfect Stay After a Cancelled Flight After our flight was cancelled and we had no way of returning to Sydney, we urgently needed accommodation. I found Peppers Melbourne on Booking.com, and despite arriving close to midnight, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, which was a huge relief after a stressful evening. Our room was amazing – modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect space to unwind. The buffet breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The location is unbeatable, situated right next to Marvel Stadium, making it an ideal choice for attending events there. We also took advantage of the checked bag concierge service, which allowed us to explore Melbourne freely before our late afternoon flight. Despite the unexpected circumstances, we ended up having a marvellous stay and bonus day in Melbourne thanks to Peppers Melbourne. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Couldn't Fault

Property was perfect for me. When you travel alone, the way you are treated by the staff becomes more front and center. The staff at the hotel was helpful and cheerful. They knew I was concerned about the construction next door and made sure my room was away from it. They went the extra mile to give me a wonderful room. Maria, the woman who took care of my room, was excellent.

It could be a little far away from the main city for some, but I wanted to be close to Marvel Stadium. The free trams are right outside and will take you anywhere you need to go, and you have the added bonus of getting around the city as a local.

Convenient location close to Melbourne Central train station marvel stadium was at the back of the hotel and the docklands. Staff where fantastic from me having to ring at 4am to change my booking due to flights cancelled, rooms where clean. I was worried travelling with a 15 year old having their own room, but our rooms had a separate door we could close for extra security and my piece of mind. We will definitely be staying at Peppers again.

Couldn't get foxtel to work in my room and curtains did not close all the way in the other so still a fair amount of light was getting in. Apart from that the rooms are great

Location was great, we had to leave the next day to fly home. It was right near the Skybus and easy to get to. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and very convenient.

We were offered to pay extra for a balcony. We did this thinking it would be romantic to sit on the balcony in the evening and look out. Instead we had a noisy building site and decided not to use it. Had we known, I would not have paid for the "upgrade".

The room was spacious and had quality fittings.

Signage to find the reception area is poor. Breakfast was disappointing. Not much choice of hot food and often empty. Signage for food types should be clearer and options to order eggs and pancakes should be clearer also. Table clearing was slow. Also, the bar area advertised open Friday and Saturday so we went elsewhere for pre concert drinks and when we got back to the hotel the bar was open. Poor advertising /marketing once again.

Staff just so friendly and helpful, love that it is so close to marvel stadium. So good to be able to walk from the stadium straight to the hotel after a game, esp with little kids in tow. Room was spacious enough for us 4, and everything was clean, which is something I'm particular about so that just makes everything so comfortable for me. Also we got there too early for check in but we read that our bags could be stored until check in, this was really easy. Then when we checked out we were asked if we would like our bags stored again for the day until we needed them which we happily took up that offer. Buffet breakfast was enjoyed by all family members at a pre booked discounted price, it was convenient and delicious.

Toilet was a bit noisy...like the seat moved around a bit so it made loud noises when you got on and off😂😂😂

* Neon-Yellow lighting in the restaurant/bar area is insufficient and disrupting. Would be fine as an accent light, but not as the main source of illumination. * Nespresso coffee-pods and milk in room are NOT replenished during daily housekeeping, milk in fact was resealable. We used a portion then sealed it and put it back in the fridge, next day it was promptly thrown away. * Towels in-room are not of a great quality considering what you pay per night. * Foxtel channels in our room were un-watchable. Constant stuttering & fragmented images.

Location - Close to Southern Cross Station for the Sky Bus. Next to Marvel Stadium, Tram transport and a short stroll away from the Melbourne CBD.

The check-in / foyer, although somewhat spacious felt like it was part of the buffet area for families, with the lift exits through this area. The carpeting and lift condition seemed a little dated and need refurbishment. Also only having one person for check-in was a little tricky.

For a 5 start hotel: - it wasn’t the cleanest; - one of our towels had a stain - the covers on our bed also had a stain - there was some mould in the shower - they don’t provide bottled water, they leave a cup and letter in the bathroom which basically reads “drink from the bathroom tap” I’ve been to lower star properly that provide complimentary bottled water - bed was sagging and I woke up every morning aching
