Great location. Quieter than being in the city, yet with everything you need close at hand. A 3 minute flat walk to free trams into the city/station (city/station ones are all free). And 5 min walk to grocery store (Woolworths) and other stores, restaurants, take aways, etc. 2 mins walk from the promonade by the waterfront, to look at the yachts and boats. Staff were all helpful. No restaurant/bar on site. Does have a gym, but we walked a lot, so didn't use it. We booked a 1-bed apartment as wanted the laundry facilities in the room. But there is a launderette in the building too. Our room was spacious and well equipped. We had a lovely view from our balcony. Everything was nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again, rather than be in the bustling city.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is really handy, with a tram stop and IGA right out front. Along with lots of food and shopping options around/across the road. We were travelling with a child and there were lots of things for her to do around the Docklands for easy afternoons. Rooms were a good size and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and all rooms had air-conditioning.

We had booked a 2 bedroom with a sofa lounge, planning to use the lounge so that each adult had their own space and bed. The pull out mattress was not usable. Thin, bent, stained, could feel each individual coil in it. Worked alright for us because we just shared the king beds but disappointing and if you were booking at a capacity that HAD to use the pull out lounge then you would be in a bad spot. Room was clean but it seemed the floors were in need of a wash/deep vacuum, we found our feet/socks would get quite dirty walking around the rooms.

i would like to express all of my gratitude to all of the staff workers at the quest newquay , they made me and my sisters stay coming from adelaide so comfortable and were so helpful around the clock ! unfortunately on our last night there we had to make an unexpected emergency hospital trip VERY late night / early morning and to our surprise the staff were so lovely and helpful with us 🩷 we were offered late checkout so we could sleep in a bit longer before our flight home and we were constantly checked up on throughout the day which is more than anybody could ask for , my expectations for our stay were very much exceeded to say the least (regardless of our last night) and i will definitely be staying here again next time we go on holiday ! thank you so much to everybody involved , we appreciate it so much 🩷

Great location, close to amenities and transport links, with short ride into the City. Great property too, spacious, comfy beds, well stocked with everything you'd expect from an aparthotel. Just needs a pool! Worked really well for us with a 5yo.

This property can easily get a higher rating if it wasn't for the fact that there are no USB/USBC ports. I don't think it's much t expect in this day and age. Especially for international travellers, makes life that much easier and is a must have for all properties. This is the first time I've stayed in a property without. No need to replace sockets, you can provide a cube with the outlets!

There is nothing to not like about Quest NewQuay, fabulous staff they welcomed you in with a smile. They were very helpful. The apartment we stayed in was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. A home away from home is just a little fancier We had a view like no other.... breathtaking! it was a lovely spot to spend a weekend away. The location was fantastic, walking distance to cafes and restaurants and different attractions. Could barely hear the noise from the traffic. On-site car parking would recommend organising it before arrival It's just a fabulous and wonderful place to stay

Loved our stay. Front desk is so friendly and helpful! Apartment was spotless. Beautiful view of the waterfront from the balcony. Nicely furnished with washer and dryer and kitchen utensils. The free tram stop to the CBD is steps away. Close to grocery, restaurants and shopping mall. Would for sure stay again if ever in Melbourne.

The second TV in the bedroom did not work but they brought a new replacement TV and all was fine. Such a nice hotel!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable.

The laundry facilities were deplorable. I could get past not having a washer and dryer in the room but having a laundry room where half the washers and dryers didn't work. The washing machines that did work were temperamental and struggled to complete a wash. The dryers took a minimum of 4 hours to get the clothes to a state where they could air dry. When you are travelling with carry-on luggage you are reliant on laundry services. We ended up buying extra clothing and having to pay for extra baggage for our return flight. I would stay here again if the laundry services were updated or repaired.

Location was great, close to CDB yet quiet. Tram was just a min away, great restaurants around. Friendly and helpful staff with 24 hours reception. Bed comfortable, heating was good , good size 1bedroom apartment.

Housekeeping was very bad. Cleaning was minimally done on housekeeping days, dirty towels were taken but not replaced. A piece of used tissue was left one corner even after housekeeping service. Beds were not made neatly with sheets hanging out and with pillows just thrown together. One night, we came back to our room with door wide opened with a stopper. Housekeeping staff forgot to close the door after service ! Left our room opened the whole day.

We were there for nine days and were not told that there was no cleaning service on Sundays No instructions on how to use the appliances Pillows uncomfortable I asked for the bed to be separated which it wasn’t on arrival but this was quickly fixed Give the pizza place that is close a big miss pizza doe was raw

It was next to an IGA supermarket and an Asian grocery store. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and amusement parks nearby. There's a tram station nearby and rideshare are available to city and Melbourne park for Tennis for $20-30, takes 15-20 minutes to get to each place by rideshare like Uber and Didi. The hotel was cleanly serviced every day and it also has a washing machine and dryer that we could use to wash our clothes every day. The TV with netflix was also really good.

Wished I had a water view of Docklands from my balcony. I had a view of the Docklands Ferris Wheel and city, which is very good too. On the second last day, they locked our Aircon to only automatically turn on at certain times and we couldn't override and turn it on ourselves when we want to without a password that only they know. Wish they stock a few bowls and plates so we could eat if we wanted to. But we dined out every day so this is not an issue for us.
