The location was good. Nearest tram stop is 5 mins walk away and on the edge of the free tram zone. There is a Woolworths grocery store on the ground floor. There is also a shopping mall with H&M, Uniqlo and lots of restaurants right beside the hotel building. The apartment itself was well designed and offered all the necessities like washing machine and dryer (incl washing powder), pots and pans and cooking utensils.

The room could be cleaner. The kitchen needed a good wipe down when we arrived, and there are black marks on the door and bedroom wall, as though someone had kicked it.

Very clean, great location, easy accessible and very secure.

Prebooked 2 adults and 1 child, got to the room and there was only 3 towels was a big issue but we had prebooked for a 3 night stay so 2 towels between 3 wasn’t going to do, although I asked for more and did get some I think they should have already been in the room as I got there late on the first night and when we had showers we had to share. Another thing was there was an option for a rollaway bed as there was only one bed for the 2 adults none for the child as the child was included in the stay and was for free, however the option for the rollaway bed was $70 a night and which I thought was too expensive. Other than that everything was great!

The location was fantastic and the carpark, once you figure out which floor it is on, is just right beside the reception through a door. The Woolsworths a life saver to get groceries and the outlet mall, just a short 3 min walk beside the hotel was good enough to find some good deals on items. Overall, a great stay and fantastic place for a family.

The only gripe was that the car park QR code was not working on many days but they managed to resolve the problem, though it was a little troublesome.

The room was comfortable and tidy. I liked the ease of accessibility to the Melbourne CBD by Tram. Nice location, close to woolworths, the Yarra and Docklands. It was an enjoyable stay.

During my first night there was a loud beeping throughout the night. During the early hours of the morning I had enough of the noise so got up and searched the room - finding that the noise was coming from the dishwasher. I tried to stop the noise but couldn't - so turned off the power to the dishwasher. During my last night when I went to bed there was a strange howling wind sound through the room - I hadn't opened any windows so wasn't sure what caused the noise.

We loved how clean and well-furnished this stay was. There was a washer and dryer and a super clean and aesthetic bathroom. They even give washing powder and laundry detergent. It had an amazing view and such a great and convenient location. Instructions given were clear and the place had many easy entries. There was a woolworths and chemist warehouse right downstairs. Docklands has so many fun things to do for couples and families visiting. We also loved how there were two tvs, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. It was a bit of a struggle connecting them to our phones at first but once we got the hang of it, it was super convenient. We also loved the balcony and how private it was. Felt like we were the only ones there.

One of the main issues was that the bed was two single beds joined together. This meant that when one of us was in the middle, we were in a ditch between the two. Which was uncomfortable for our backs so we often found ourselves moving and trying to find a comfortable spot. Another thing was that the shower door didnt have a barrier at the bottom. So when we had a shower, water would seep through the entire bathroom. This would be fine if we had bathroom slippers but we were not expecting it, nor were we used to a "wet bathroom" as usually seen in asian cultures.

I stayed in a studio room (no bedroom) at Nesuto for three weeks between the New Year holidays and AO qualifying matches, so super high-traffic times. You'd never know it. The room felt big enough was super clean and I loved having the balcony. The hotel is run super well and the reception team is so kind and accommodating.

I was mistaken during the booking process and didn't realize the studio executive suite didn't have an oven, only a microwave and stovetop (and dishwasher). (The larger units do have ovens.) The dishwasher felt pointless given the limited dinnerware and, given the longer stay, it would have been super nice to have been able to cook something.

Close to the city. Walking distance to local woolies and district outlet and harbour esplanade. Close to free tramline into and around the city. Room service was good when needed.

View from my window was very industrial. Light in the bathroom was very unflattering - could be repositioned. Would have been helpful to have an info booklet/map of Melbourne city upon check in. Only had 1 frying pan in my apartment - would have been good to have a saucepan/grater etc more cooking resources. The pillows were either very thick or lumpy. The sheets were not very breathable.

We loved being on floor 11, with great views over the road bridge and docks. Amazing views, especially by night. This studio suited our needs for a 3 night stay. Very clean and comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. useful having a large supermarket on the ground floor. Plus many eateries and bars in the Mall complex. Being able to use the washer and dryer on the ground floor was great...... but it did take a long time! Most useful was the very close location of the tram stops. Tram 35 is the old style, circular route round the centre. other routes from the same stop.

A second comfy chair would have been useful. Finding a clean dishwasher would have been appreciated..... someone came and sorted it promptly. I would have expected the mattress to be covered with protector, or at least a sheet. Was only the one we we lying on.

Clean room. There was also a gym. There was laundry room but somehow we missed that out and therefore didn’t utilize it. Great location with free tram zone between town and Docklands district. The hotel was also near mall and many eateries. Supermarket just downstairs. Service was good as well, prompt responses when we asked for help to connect to chrome cast. Initially had issues with TV chrome cast connecting to WiFi but was quickly addressed so we were able to stream Netflix. Something small but we also appreciated that the power plugs were very accessible at a table height instead of needing us to bend low to reach it. And the reception was at second level meaning we didn’t have to pass the reception everytime we enter/exit the building.

There was a ?drain smell at ground floor. Not too bad but enough for us to take notice.

Size & layout of one bedroom apartment was extremely comfortable. Location of Nesuto Docklands ideal with Harbourside nearby, walk to free tram & tram to other routes. For driving it was generally not too difficult to access routes to other destinations. Plenty of parking available also for visitors.

Locating lift to apartment accommodation from guest car park (levels 3 & 4) can be tricky, once shown it’s fine. Reception tells you to go through glass door however there are two lift locations in car park so you need to go to the left corner lift walk past those lifts then through a secondary glass door which has a stairwell, to the right you will see a passage & a single entry glass door with security swipe pad this is the entrance you go through to find lifts to the accommodation floors. Maybe a diagram on swipe card folder would be helpful to guests.
