Amazing views of Melbourne city. Fantastic sized balcony - the biggest I’ve ever seen in an apartment. Comfortable beds, great sized spa bath and it was really handy having a third toilet for a family of 6. The property manager was very accommodating and met us when we arrived, showed us to the apartment and gave us the tour. Excellent location - very quiet and private and just a short tram ride to the city. Great value for money.

It would be good to have some cereal bowls in the kitchen and it could do with some more furniture on the balcony.

The host met us out the front after speaking to us on the phone and after greeting us, took us into the car park to show us where to park and then came to our room with us. He made sure we were happy with the room and took us through basic instructions before departing. Brilliant service! We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was super spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Great view from the balcony and very quiet. We would definitely stay again if we needed accommodation in Docklands! Thanks for a great stay!

As we were arriving out of office hours, I phoned when we arrived at the airport and we got a taxi to the apartment and someone came to meet us to give us the keys. We did wait a little before they arrived but it was a nice evening and it didn't take long. The man was very informative about the location of everything and showed us to our apartment.

The view was amazing looking out over the river and docklands. The lounge was very comfortable and the apartment had everything that was needed for a stay. The beds were very comfortable and the main bedroom spacious.

We loved the quiet location and being close to the city and Southern Cross train station via the tram service. Supermarket a short walk and the harbour view lovely. The man who handed us the keys was very helpful and polite. Beds comfortable and everything worked as intended. We visited Cosco,the Ice Skating and the Ron Barassi Park all within walking distance. A tram ride away Vic Market, a Yarra Cruise, the Art Center and Southbank. A bit further afield a tram ride to Luna Park in St Kilda for the day. This was exciting for the young ones. A lovely apartment to relax in after our days explore was perfect.

The location of the property is super convenient, within Free Tram Zone - Few steps away from the Tram Station. Property is pretty clean & Tidy! The property Manager Mr. Fab is just amazing! Explains the details about the property pretty nice. Nice guy!

Dishwasher Tabs & Cleaning detergent were not provided. Those too should have been included. Apart from that nothing was really missing.

Check in processes and great value for spacious place. Apartment building had a pool and gym. The apartment had everything you need - including in the kitchen & laundry & bathroom. Definitely would stay here again.

Nothing really... maybe can say kitchen a little old style.

The location was excellent. It was really close to the free city circle trams. Catch the 86 from outside the Southern Cross Station and get dropped almost to the door. We had great views from the 19th floor and the lounge and beds were really comfortable and clean. Fab, the manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating. And just saying, The Turkish restaurant (Achelya) directly downstairs is excellent.

The view from the balcony is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff at the reception is very nice and the introduction all detailed. It is very close to the station supermarket, which is very convenient. Everything you need at home is complete. I am very satisfied

The bed in the master bedroom is a bit soft

Very good and generally clean place. Only could do with a carpet clean (baby crawling on the floor) and vacuum cleaner could have been emptied as it smelled really bad when we used it. Baby cot flimsy and no mattress so we had to improvise. Everything else was really good. Staff were very friendly. Will stay with them again.

Check in was smooth and straightforward. Apartment suited our needs well as a family of 4 with young children. Location was convenient and within free tram zone.

Not very soundproof. External commotion/noises even at night.
