EVERYTHING!!! Tears of GRATITUDE after my last night. STAFF CARE was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL !!! Every person there showed genuine care, initiative and Extremely high levels of professionalism. Everything was done with generosity of heart and integrity. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Any help I needed I felt enabled as a DISABLED person made my stay incredibly restful and restorative. Views from room - incredible. Pain in my body was met with comfort and incredible kindness. Thank you Team Vibe Docklands. Awesome VIBE - have found my home away from home. Thank you isn’t enough but thank you JMJ.

Was all brilliant even down to light switches, power points and disabled facilities in access room.

Loved the amenities, beautiful pool, gym, breakfast was great. Tea provided was great quality, same as the soaps and shampoo. We recently stayed in a high end hotel and the shampoo/hand soap was the same product but not here at Vibe! This is very impressive as it is the little things that make a huge difference, friendly staff and rooms are comfortable.

The room was a little dirty, we had some finger nails left over from the previous guest under one of the extended lounge chairs and the sinks could use a stronger cleaning product to avoid the discolouration around the plug and grout in the shower.

Reception staff were professional, friendly, very helpful and welcoming also informative. Ella were also help us find a place to eat for us to celebrate my birthday. Top recommendation. Thank you so much. The morning reception team during our stay 12-20 Apr were amazing. Thank you very much. Restaurant staff were very professional, helpful and patience towards guests. Food choices were excellent, so much variety and kept being topped up until the end. All Very tasty. Staff work very hard to clear table and helping guests. Keep up your amazing work guys. Facilities were excellent. Housekeeping finally sorted my room. Location very ideal and nearby shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

The smile, gentleness and clear information regarding the process were really helpful unlike the other that I had previously spoken to. To give you our background, It’s our first time here in Melbourne. I just lost my dad a few months ago and not appreciating things lately. It was a short stay, aside from the beautiful scenery that we’ve been in, we had a very good hotel experience because of the two most helpful and amazing front desk staff @ Vibe Hotel, It made a huge impact on any customer experience. I have nothing to give to these Ella & Daniel, but please let them know that they have done a very good job and we are extremely happy customers because of them. Very good pool, a good steam room, good breakfast, very nice position. The gym is acceptable if you don't have to train seriously. The staff is nice. The view from my apartment was worth the price. The bathroom was luxurious.

Certain parts of the room were not very clean (under the sink). If it is cold outside, the pool is not the best place to be. What they call a spa is just a complex large jacuzzi, which is not bad. On the week-end, the trams do not get you to the front door of the hotel, and you would have to walk around 20 mins from Southern Cross - not a big deal, but it is worth to know -. The most annoying thing: we asked to have our pillow changed because my partner is allergic to goose down, and it never happened.

If we are staying in Melbourne 90% of the time we stay here. It is easy to get on and off the freeway. The breakfast is always good and it is easier the battling city traffic and it is only a 10 min tram ride away. The pool is heated and has amazing views and when we stay here in winter it is an amazing experience to be swimming in the pool at night when it is cold outside.

It was much more expensive the last time we booked, it cost us the same amount we normally pay for 2 nights for 1 night which as return guests, over 12 stays is a bit disappointing. We normally stay here 2-3 times per year.

A modern hotel with all facilities you expect of a 4* The room was spacious with a great view of the district. Beds were comfortable. We were 3 guests, and were given a King room, but were provided an extra rollaway bed upon request. Plenty of power outlets including USB throughout the room. The bathroom was neat and functional, along with great quality tolietries. Breakfast was ample, and the coffee machine was awesome.

We arrived at 5pm (2 hours past the check-in time), and our room wasn't ready. I believe this was due to the Easter holiday rush which I totally understand. They provided 2x vouchers for complimentary drinks in return which was greatly appreciated. However, the bar wasn't great and the staff were not too friendly in the bar. No mocktail options.

The staff were very accommodating and amazing!! The buffet breakfast was really good for the price. The room was spacious a lot of room for luggage and getting ready. It was right next to the tram which takes you in the inner city. Very convenient. I just love the people that work there.

The room was just a tad dusty. Our blanket had some stains, unsure if they were period stain or foundation. I found it uncomfortable seeing that. The bathroom had curtains so it would still make the toilet area, wet. The bathroom was huge, could use a little more space to lay out toiletries. The sink space was too small.

I loved the view from our room. I like that the hotel has the breakfast buffet included in some of the prices as not many hotels in the area offer this. The room was quite clean. Check in was very easy however can get quite busy!

Our room only had two pillows. One for myself and another for my partner (no spares), only one glass in the bathroom for water, the fridge was a bit smelly and the breakfast was nice with variety however the pineapple had white slime on the bottom. The shower head also could only be sat upright otherwise would fall down. We’ve not had this issues in other rooms, perhaps a once off?
