Stayed 21 days. No chest of drawers for personal under clothing as wardrobe was only for hanging clothes. Suggestion: Could put in a 3-drawer chest in one section of the wardrobe. No coat stand or hooks to hang jackets n outdoor clothing. Suggestion: Put a coat stand or hooks at the back of the entrance door or bedroom door. No complimentary cleaning services. Suggestion: For 21 day stay there should be a complimentary cleaning service every 10th day.

Stunning location, overlooking the river and wharfs. Just 2 min walk to the tram station. Very secure place with 24-hr security staff. Excellent facilities. There is a supermarket about 5 mins walk. What I liked the best was the views from the balcony. Also, the kitchenette was well equipped and fridge was awesome.

Don't think its really a minus but this is an exclusive and quiet neighbourhood. So, shops and restaurants are not too many. But I like it that way after spending a week in the CBD melbourne and too much crowd.

Great location. Balcony overlooking the Yarra was lovely. I felt so safe walking back to our accommodation during the late/early hours. Free zone tram only metres away from the building entrance. Great communication from Orange Stay team.

Pillows were too soft however that’s a first world problem.

Location of apartment and views, we're outstanding, 2 min walk to free teams into city,. Lovely area around harbour to walk and visit restaurants.

The main thing was the cleanliness of the apartment, we arrived, and the carpets had stains on them ,along with the rug in the living room, which I rolled up and put out on balcony. Requires a good deep clean with a touch-up off paint. We were based there for a month and had to ask for fresh linen and towels to be dropped off weekly. The price off apartment should allow for the above to be included if staying more than a week.. I would be either changing the cleaning company or having a better checking scheme in place after each booking.

Everything. Great location, nice & quiet. Good security, loved having a gym & swimming pool on site, both of which I used. Had all the things I needed in the apartment & one of the most comfortable beds have ever slept in. And, wow, what a view.

Nothing really. I had read some less than flattering reviews before I travelled, so was a little trepidatious before I arrived, but I loved the apartment & location. Could not fault it.

Excellent location for base camp whilst touring Melbourne. Tram stop right out front in the free zone was very handy. We stayed on the 19th floor with excellent views on the yarra and out to Hobsons bay.

When windy the air whistles through the door but you get used to it. We stayed over xmas so the adjacent construction work was finished for the break. Might be a bit noisy otherwise.

This is such a lovely apartment. The views are fantastic and with in walking distance to Eateries, Woolworths etc which is handy. The apartment was neat and clean and even though the bed wasn’t huge it is super comfy. The bathroom is a great size as is the kitchen and living areas. Would definately recommend staying here, check in and out was easy and staff friendly. The view over to Marvel Stadium is fabulous and easy access to transport.

Loved the location. Quiet room with river views. Clean and tidy. Host was very receptive. Right near tram line. Woolies close by and great walks.

The bed could have done with more blankets or even a duvet. I had only one blanket and it’s the middle of winter so had to ask for more. Block out blinds in lounge would be beneficial.

The lights on the wharf are very bright, and it makes the apartment feel like it is the daytime 24 hours even with the blinds down. This is no fault of Orange Stay however, more window coverings would make a massive difference. Nearby restaurants and convenience stores are not open early morning or after 10pm so ensure you stock up or are prepared to travel to get food and drinks.

The location was awesome. Easy to get to places on tram. Loved the view from the balcony. Had most items in kitchen to do some meal preparation. The pool and steam room was great.

The apartment was in need of a better cleaning however when mentioned the staff attended to it right away.
