meeting up with friends to spend a relaxing weekend in Melbourne you could not find a better location or apartment. Close to everything with amazing helpful staff and room is big enough that 2 couples can spend relaxing time together and also have separate time if required. Parking on site is a must and your only 200m from the free tram. 24/7 reception is also great when your flying in from interstate

The only complaint we could make and that is looking for something is that the pillows were getting a bit old. No cleaning on Sundays so you may run out of tea or sugar but they are more than happy to give you more down at the front desk.

However, the biggest highlight of our trip was the exceptional kindness and support we received from one of your team members, Sila, a Singaporean staff member. When we asked her where we could pray, she went above and beyond in assisting us. Not only did she provide us with a prayer space on the level 4 of the hotel, but she made sure everything was comfortable and accommodating. Her gesture truly went beyond our expectations, and it was a moment that made our experience even more memorable. We are truly grateful for her thoughtfulness and for making our stay so special. We were delighted with the apartment. not only did it had 2 bathrooms for a two bed apartment, it was quiet. The beds were comfy and having charging stations on the bedside lamps was a great feature. We would definitely stay again as it was easy distance form the city and DFO shopping. The street was quiet and not far from public transport. You could also book a car parking space. All the staff were friendly and super helpful.

It would have been great to have a slightly bigger welcome pack such as some fruit and biscuits. However there was tea and a small carton of milk in the fridge.

The location was perfect for the activities we were doing. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Car parking provision was excellent and easily arranged in advance.

The bed and pillows were adequate but not as good as most locations I have stayed in and not really adequate for the accommodation rate. Air conditioner was blowing a bit too strongly on lowest fan setting. The soap holder was loose as was the hot tap. Hot tap falls off and soap holder spins around causing things to fall off it. Both are simple maintenance fixes but I didn’t bring a screw driver.

The location was very good as it was close to Trams and buses to the city. The apartment was well furnished with all the amenities like a microwave oven, fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities and an oven hob. All the crockery and utensils were supplied as well. It was a large room, well furnished with a TV and the Wi-Fi worked well. The bed was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Melbourne for a short stay.

It was as I had expected for a short and comfortable stay. Close to the transport system and easy access to all the museums, markets and attractions.

My teenage daughter and I were travelling for a concert at Marvel Stadium (Green Day). The location was perfect right next door, our room view was the main entrance of marvel so we got to watch and experience the lead up to the concert. Coming home we didn't have to walk far and felt safe, the room felt and looked clean, bathrooms were clean and hygienic. Kitchen was also perfect for our needs. Free Transport was close and easy to find and use.

I was only there for 2 days, I couldn't fault anything in that time frame.

Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was also very close to Southern Cross station which made it very convenient to get to and from. TV was big and had plenty of channels and you could also connect to your streaming channels. It was quite convenient. Plenty of food options around and there was a Woolworths supermarket only 10 minutes walk. Also very close to Docklands if you wanted to get close to the water.

No safe in the room, not a big deal though. Also, the ensuite bathroom did not have a fan, so after a shower it gets very steamy and you can't use the mirror. Aircon in the main living area was hard to work out, it worked well in both bedrooms, but in the living room it didn't heat up.

The staff were so accommodating. We were given a room that looked out to a wall from the lounge area and bedroom, very depressing. I rang the reception and asked for a different room and the gave us a lovely room on the eighth floor looking out to the entrance of the Marvel stadium without any fuss. Thank you so much.

The property was more than we expected for the price we paid. Very clean and mostly comfortable however the sofa wasn’t very comfortable. May need to update to a more appropriate sofa as it was the only place to sit and watch TV.

We were so pleased with this hotel. Clean, modern, quiet, and in a great location. Quest Docklands is a 5-minute walk to Southern Cross Station and a pleasant walk to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. I was travelling with my 5-year-old and my elderly mother and I really appreciated having reception staff to make everything as straightforward as possible. I literally can't think of anything negative about the stay.

It was perfect for what we needed for a small family or business 🙂 Very convenient area, not long of a walk from the train station or outlet centre.

Hard to drag items such as suitcase or pram from the car from the parking spaces provided unless parked in the 30 minute zone. And if it were a busy period, there wouldn't be enough space for everyone. But I wouldn't know since it didn't seem too bad during the week and there was enough space for our holiday.
