Apartment was clean, modern & secure. Very helpful and responsive staff. Nice pool & gym. Easy access to the tram network.

Would benefit from having drawers, either in the wardrobes or bedside units, for extra storage in the bedrooms. One bedroom did not have an a/c unit. It would have been nice to have had some milk, bread and butter provided as a welcome pack (or the option to pay extra for this), as we arrived from overseas on a late flight and did not have a chance to buy any until the next day.

Just about everything except for one of the beds, even the trains didn’t bother us as the windows were double glazed.

The bed in the master bedroom requires mattress change as it sank a little in the middle, I woke up a little sore a couple of days, my daughter and I who shared it are lighter weights I can’t imagine 2 solid people sleeping on this mattress. My work colleague who slept in the second bedroom found her bed comfortable

The location was fantastic, and the building's amenities, including the pool and spa, were exceptional.

The check-in process could definitely be improved; specifically, communication surrounding the check-in procedure needs attention. We had to contact the host an hour before arrival to request check-in instructions. However, once received, the instructions were very clear. Upon receiving the keys, we found that host cleaners were parked in our designated parking spot, so we had to wait 40 mins before finally getting hold of the host to request cleaners to remove their car so we could park our car. Finally, our reservation specified four adults and two children, yet the apartment lacked linens for the pull-out couch and sufficient towels. However, the host promptly addressed the deficiency upon notification.

The pool was great, my kids loved this area. The location was good too. Close to everything or an easy tram ride. You can see the casino fire display every hour at night from the room which is a bonus.

I was contacted several times about parking (which u said we didn’t need) but I was still sent instructions for parking. We asked for a second key but they only had 1 which was a pain for our family of 5 to be able to do different things separately. The key gives you access to the building, lift and room. There also lacked provisions for the 5th person’s bedding

Large apartment which comfortably fit 7 adults. The three bedrooms were generously sized and all had wardrobes with full length mirrors. The master with ensuite had INCREDIBLE views with floor to ceiling windows and the bed was super comfy. The living space was comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was also a huge plus. We didn't have any issues with noise from neighbours or elevators, you could hear the trains a bit but this wasn't a problem for us. The wifi worked with no problems. We were given two sets of keys which is great for a big group, checking in was simple, just spoke to the concierge who checked us in. The pool, gym, spa and saunas were VERY nice and we used these every day! The location was perfect for us as we were there for a convention at the exhibition centre and we were able to explore the city easily on foot or via the free trams really easily. I'll definitely be trying to book here again!

The only problem we encountered was the lack of toilet paper haha.

Great location close to river, southern cross, lots of attractions, view, facilities, apt had everything we needed, easy to find and get in, responsive host.

Nothing we didn't like but there was a bit of train noise if that might bother you.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, everything was great, just so others know the sliding door to the balcony is hard to open, we thought it was locked but it wasn’t, great view from the 19th floor. The only thing we had to get that wasn’t in the apartment was milk, a dish cloth and some soap. There is liquid soap in a small bottle though. If you need to buy food and drinks there is a coles store near by as the 7-11 is really expensive! George was extremely helpful and always quick answering our messages. Thanks George we look forward to staying again 😊

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Great Location, everything was accessible easily and very clean apartment. Comfortable beds, pillows and amazing balcony view.

If people were not coming out then we could have never gotten into the reception area to pick up our keys. The doors are closed for security reasons but for first timers it's very hard to get in with luggage and no one to let you in unless you wait and wait for someone to get in or out from the apartment

Fantastic location and very easy to go for the convention for which we went to Melbourne. The apartment is well maintained and our host was represented by Rosie who was very prompt and efficient. We appreciate our privacy and too much interaction with the host actually is a bother and here it was just right as we wanted. Our group of 4 adults had a wonderful time. The location made it easy to visit all the important places in the city.

Taxi is impossible to get there but UBER is freely available. However the concierge can assist you with a MAXI taxi if you require but they are all a phone call or APP away. Nothing to complain about except weather was perfect so we did not require aircon there is 1 aircon in one bedroom and the other one did not have any aircon, could be stuffy during the summer. I was told that is how it is in all apartments in Melbourne. Pretty unusual.
