Location was fantastic. Across the walking bridge from DFO Southbank, short walk 10 mins to Southbank restaurants and the casino. 100m walk to Tram 70 for easy transportation to the CBD (5-10 mins depending on traffic) and to Docklands area (5-10 mins depending on traffic). The 3 bedroom apartment was great for our family of 6. There was lots of space in the living and kitchen areas, bedrooms easily accommodated 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 kids and there were 2 bathrooms for us to use. We had a view over the newly created parkland and play area beside the apartments and a partial (still very good) view of the river. It was awesome (although freezing in late June) to sit out on the balcony and admire the view.

The pool was under-going maintenance for 2 of the 4 days we visited which was disappointing as we couldn't use any of the facilities in that area of the building because the whole hallway was blocked off (so no sauna, no spa, no gym and no pool). The toilet in the second bathroom kept running continuously if you didn't readjust the flush button yourself.

Prime location, walking distance to Crown along the water, DFO, everything you need is within close walking distance or the tram is almost at your front door. Great value secure parking. We did not have a waterfront view, but this was not a bother to us. The room was large and had everything you could need. Best value, We will be booking to stay here again rather than booking where we usually stay in smaller motels rooms for double the $$ just because they have the big names.

Our view wasn't the best but that is no fault to the inside of the room. We got the last room picking on a busy weekend.

I booked a 1-bedroom for my first night and a 2-bedroom with a friend for the next 3 nights. I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom for the entire stay, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed in apartment 1110. Minimalistic but nicely decorated. A large, spacious lounge with a balcony and gorgeous view of the river. We loved the location, away from the city hustle and bustle, but only a short walk to South Bank restaurants, DFO South Wharf, the Casino and the Botanic Gardens. The apartment block is mostly residential, so office hours are limited. I had to collect my key from a drop box after dark, but the instructions were clear and it was super easy. All in all, a fabulous stay in Melbourne!

Some traffic noise, even from the 11th floor. Take earplugs if you are a light sleeper!

Location….. beautiful view of the river and surrounds…. walking distance to most things Melbourne. Not only was the room clean the whole building was always clean.

A not so pleasant smell was coming up from our bath room sink every time we used it. Unfortunately when we went on to our balcony or looked at the lovely view, it was spoilt by the private unit owners untidy decks like old rusty gas bottles, used furniture dumped outside, just rubbish in general. It all looked very untidy. Not a good look for you guests staying there. Apartments very small for a two bedroom apartment. If 4 people stayed there it would be rather cramped in lounge and dining room.

Fantastic location. I was unexpectedly upgraded from a no view room to one with a great view over the river. Short walk across the footbridge to the convention centre (the purpose of my visit). Good space, and well appointed. Lighting at the work desk wasn’t great but good to have a separate area. Parking spaces were large (such a rarity!), meaning less chance of being scraped by other cars. Reasonable parking charge of $20 per night. Would definitely stay here again.

This is completely outside the control of the property, but if you have a car it’s challenging to find somewhere to park (legally) to collect keys etc. Both times the loading zones were being used by vehicles linked to the adjacent construction site

This place is absolutely amazing, and I would highly recommend it. The place is spotless and luxurious, with awesome views. It is in the perfect location with the DFO South Walf, DFO Spencer, Crown, and Exhibition Center, all within walking distance. The Chinese and Lebanese restaurants nearby are amazing, and it's an easy walk to Southbank. Couldn’t fault one thing as it is perfect, will be using this 2 bedroom apartment whenever we come down.

Location , facility , easy check in n check out ; In house decor and facility, swimming pool n gym / nicely furnished and what we need all available in apartment . Stunning river view from living room , wifi enabled streaming facility ; good wifi , etc

In bathroom the hot n cold shower mixture produce uneasy ness as all of a sudden only hot water is coming and next minute very cold water coming . This sudden change annoyed me as I couldn’t bath with ease . It implies the flow of water is uneven and mixture failed to produce balanced temperature what I set as required by me .

Pleasantly surprised by an upgrade which had stunning views. Property overall comfortable with space for the kids to play. Appreciated the hosts responsiveness to enquiries prior to stay. Plans to come back!

There were cigarettes noted on the grassed area on balcony. Bathroom sinks had stained chips in them which makes them look not cleaned. Shower floor always slippery upon stepping in. Unfortunately the pool was too cold to enjoy. Would be lovely if it was a tad warmer.

Comfortable roomy and quiet . Kitchen well equipped. Great to have washing machine detergent supplied. Lovely views. Great location close to city but away from crowds. Good to walk to trams and trains

No champagne glasses, expect that these may get broken .Suggest stemless flutes may solve this issue

Absolutely fantastic location. We were in Melbourne for the tennis. It was an easy 30 min walk along the Yarra to the tennis. Lots of restaurants right at the door step, DFO outlets 300m from the accommodation. Public transport was close by. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was clean, would definitely stay in that area again.

The shower is in the bathtub which was a little difficult to get in and out of, bathtub had a large lip on it. Luckily there was a handrail installed. Lounge wasn't too comfortable, had trouble with the Internet when streaming to the TV. TV constantly timed out which was annoying. Coffee machine was disappointing, initially there were incorrect pods supplied, which was rectified but the new pods didn't quite fit either. Only 4 coffee pods supplied, a bit disappointing since we stayed 6 days. Toiletries were minimal, suggest you bring your own.
