the noise of the train but I guess you would get used to it we would certainly return. also I think you need to have milk in the fridge maybe UDL sachets

Lovely clean comfortable space to put our heads down after seeing a show. Excellent position for free tram. Easy to locate. Excellent hostess. Great communication and very helpful. We’ll be back.

Right next to train line so noisy++ until midnight then quiet until 6am. Didn’t bother us but worth bringing earplugs if noise worries you.

Clean and tidy. Full of value add ons. Washer and dryer, Kitchenette and aircon. Free tram outside to hop on to city. Close to South Wharf and restaurant.

Noise from train tracks was quite loud. No tea or coffee, milk provided.

Loved the location. It was close to the Casino and rail station, which helped as my husband has walking disabilities.

Maybe a face washer could have been supplied. Towels were large and fluffy.

Amazing communication went above and beyond looking for a missing item. Perfect location free tram zone stop directly out the front.

Sooo close to the southern cross station and trams out the front door!

Shower wasn’t hot and needs a new shower head :)

Great location

Location was good , close to everything we needed to be close to.

The noise from the trains and the street below. It was impossible to have a window or a door open as the trains were so loud you couldn’t talk to each other. Stove top was not working properly, could not boil a pot of pasta, none of the plates heated up properly.

Good location near the city.

Very loud. All you can hear is trams and noise from outside on the streets. Bright lights always shining through your window from the busy city street lights. Very untidy. Found hair dangling from the washing machine. Beard hair over the bathroom sink. Plates and cups were dirty. Drawings over the bedside lamps. Got kicked out of our apartment for 10-15 mins for an opening for a realestate agent because the owner forgot they had it on that day. So had to come back to our apartment and hand the keys over why they showed the apartment around with our stuff in there to a complete stranger.
