Location is very close to Southern Cross Station (Skybus to and from airport), Marvel Stadium, across the river to Southbank and has a tram stop directly outside (or a short walk to the heart of the CBD). The room is on the 50th floor with magnificent views over the city and had all of the facilities for a longer stay.

The views were awesome! Beds and pillows were very comfy and clean. Very central location. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception. They were great!

The latch of one of the windows was loose. Being on the 45th floor with strong winds, I think all windows should be locked. We notified reception and they were going to fix it. Otherwise, it was absolutely wonderful!

Great location with a tram stop right outside the door and Southern Cross Station less than 5 mins walk away. Comfy bed, large kitchen table, good shower. Helpful staff who took my luggage up to the apartment.

Reception is only open 9am to 5pm. I had a flight home late at night, so didn't need to be at the airport until 8.30pm, but had nowhere to keep my luggage from 5pm and they were full so I couldn't pay for an extra night. Couldn't open the window in the lounge as it was taped up (assume broken). As others have mentioned, most of the time not all the lifts (3) were working, but to be fair only had a long wait when there was just one in service, and if you allow extra time it's not a problem.

Elevators didn’t work almost all the time

The property was at a prime location in Melbourne CBD, located close to public transport, shopping centres and several restaurants. The views were phenomenal from our room on the 59th floor, and the pool was also great. We had booked a car spot at the property as well, it was in the neighbouring building and easy to get to. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were highly responsive to any concerns.

The only downsides were the lifts, there was almost always a few-minute wait to go up or down, and one of the 3 lifts' interiors was covered in wooden boards and seemed unstable, we avoided using that one. The corridors were very musty at times, maybe some air freshener would help.

I booked based on the reviews from booking.com. But then I googled the address and the reviews on there were awful so I was nervous…… But there was no need to be! I can’t work out what place those people are staying in….! Not the experience I had at all! We were given very clear instructions the day of and the day before about checking in. We had to ring the reception as it was attended, but only took 5 mins to come down and he was super friendly and helpful. I had previously checked if we could leave our bags there if we arrived early and we were told yes. You can leave them there on check out too (but reception doesn’t open until 930am) We were in room 3803. As soon as we walked in, we were happy! It was definitely clean! I have a bit of a mild germ-phobia and can be picky sometimes. But the bed was immaculate, as was the bathroom and everywhere really! The only issue was the crockery was a bit dirty from previous users. But as I wash everything before use, I wasn’t fussed! It had everything you could want - washer, dryer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, hairdryer, coffee machine, iron. There were tea bags, coffee pods, milk and dishwasher tablets left for use. The place is quite small. Four big guys sharing might be an issue, but if you are only using it as somewhere to sleep, then it’s totally fine! The view was amazing! Though if you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as the traffic can be a bit noisy. I’ve seen people complain about the lifts. Only 2 of the 3 were working, but it really wasn’t much of a wait at all! It’s a 3 min walk from southern cross station. There’s a Woolies at the station too and a bottle shop. Coffee shops a plenty. Such a fantastic location. All in all, it was such a great experience! I would 100% book again!!

When we arrived we were able to store our bags until the room was available. When we arrived at the 2pm check-in time, the room was not ready but we were given a voucher to have a coffee across the road while we waited. The room was very clean. The beds extremely comfortable. The shower was strong and hot. There was everything you would need for a short stay. However, we didn't use much of it while we were there.

The room was on 50th floor, so for someone with a problem with heights, it was a bit unnerving. The pool and gym were unavailable. Although the reception staff were very accommodating, there was a bit of a language difficulty.

Close to many shops and restaurants. Free tram right outside the accommodation so we did not need to walk far to many CBD locations. The accommodation itself had every facility available that I felt like i was in my own home. Full stove, washing machine & dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron + board, I requested 4 single beds for the bedrooms and the staff made it happen with zero stress. The staff always helped with a smile and they were easy to reach when I had queries. When things ran out or I needed an extra blanket they were available to help. This was my 2nd stay at Aussie Escape Apartments, and the amazing service was consistent. Amazing value for money, i plan to stay here again in the future.

Nothing. The place exceeded my expectations.

The location of the apartment was excellent. Within easy walking of central Melbourne and all it has to offer. Right by the apartment are great transport links ( bus, tram and railway stations). We were in an apartment on the 42nd floor which had great views of the city and was well furnished with all you could need.

Not the fault of Aussie Escapes but there was building work on the facade of the building and one of the lifts. ( Aussie escapes did email in advance to advise) Didn’t really have any noise issues as we were out most of the day . Longer time waiting for lifts as often only one of the two operational ones was being used by the construction workers .

Convenient location in free tram zone and next to Southern Cross station, view from 50+ floor is great, complete supplies of toiletries, comfortable beds, capsule coffee machine, swimming pool, free wifi, washing machine & dryer, Netflix.

Don't expect any customer service from Easymart staff, he was just too focused on his stuff, making guests stand and wait for the key. Slippers were rubbish (all broke immediately once putting on). The toilet cover was loose. The room needs pest control as I killed two young cockroaches (1 in bathroom & 1 in bedroom) during our 5 days' stay. Dining table looks expensive but a bit too big given the size of the dining room. Bedroom is small, bed blocks the wardrobe completely. Other things like construction noise started at 8am, only 1 lift working most of the time, spa & gym broke down during the stay but these have nothing to do with the rental management.
