The location is perfect. Super close to the tram stop, supermarket, restaurants, and Marvel stadium. The apartment was great for our family of 4. The 2nd bedroom was very small however was fine for our 7 day trip. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again.

The reception and building are not in the same spot. The communication regarding this was excellent, so I was aware. It is only a short 5 minute walk however its hard with kids and luggage. It would be beneficial if the hotel supplied luggage trolleys for people checking in and out. Beds are soft and not very comfortable.

Having stayed in the Docklands many times before we knew the location would be good and transport is very accessible via trams nearby. the apartment was perfect size for three Adults and the balcony view was excellent. We had everything we needed in the apartment. we found the soundproofing in the apartment excellent with virtually no noise from neighbours.

If we really had to be picky the only things that we thought could have been better are from wear and tear of people staying. the tiles on the floor in the kitchen area have been broken in places I guess from items being dropped while preparing meals and some of the appliances look a bit tired but they all still function ok. we also had trouble streaming shows on Foxtel because the internet kept dropping out but it didn't bother us we just watched free to air.

Amazing size, super clean and comfortable, had good internet/wifi, at a great location near a tram stop and within the free tram zone, is near this pizza place that did delicious pizza just a minute's walk, and near the Docklands shopping area if you need to do some last minute shopping or entertainment (cinema, etc).

The main hall's TV while had Netflix did not come with its own account/login, which wasn't a big deal since I had my own Netflix account, but would have been nicer if there was a in-house account. Also, the unit had wall-mounted heaters in every room, but they don't work as we were supposed to use separate standalone heater units additionally provided for every room, but this wasn't made known to me.

Location, early check in available, great amenities and easy to access/locate. Staff were accommodating and kind.

No clear instructions on check out. I was unsure if I was required to remove all rubbish and could not find directions on where to dispose of recycling such as glass bottles or packaging. I also requested an invoice be emailed to me, which I was advised I would receive after my stay, though I am still unable to locate it in my emails. There was some wear and tear in the bathrooms, the toilet paper holder in the ensuit was damaged and almost falling off the wall. There was also some sort of scum in the main bathroom on the floor.

I was on Level 3 overlooking the water and was given a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment, but I had booked for a single bedroom. The apartment was nice and clean. The access to the carpark was very easy via the fire exit door (however did have issues understanding instruction initially but was helped by a couple who had experienced a similar problem during one of their stays) The place is very spacious, and it does have a gas cooker and easy to operate. The bed was very comfortable and enjoyed my sleep

The air-conditioned at times blew cold air in the room while the lounge was warm. Getting to the apartment and trying to figure out on how to get in on your first visit. The main lift did not have Level 3 access and there should be a sign in front of the main lift on how to access Level 3. Also, on level 3 upper-level carpark there needs to be a sign on access via the fire door During the booking it did mention that free parking was available but was advised later that I had to pay $30 a day. This was a bit disappointing.

The restaurants and venues around the apartment were fantastic and so close.

The windows did not close properly and let the bitter cold in, especially in the bedrooms that did not have any heating. The noise from other guests or residents kept us awake in the early hours and when I advised the "security" they didn't advise or investigate or answer our enquiries. Having my partner in a wheelchair and of considerable age, I would have liked some follow-up or communication while staying for 11days. I was happy staff did leave us towels and shampoos etc.

We had an incredible stay at the waterfront rental apartment in Docklands. The views of the Yarra River and the skyline were absolutely stunning, making each moment spent there truly enjoyable. The highlight of our visit was definitely the New Year’s Eve fireworks, which we got to watch right from our apartment—an amazing way to ring in the new year! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the amenities provided made our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Location was good with a nice view of Docklands and an easy walk to the tram stop that is included in the free tram zone, so whilst not being in Central Melbourne, it was easy enough to access. We had two two-bedroom apartments, next door to each other for our group of 8. They were both clean and well maintained, however were laid out and furnished completely differently. Beds were comfy. Staff were helpful in transferring and storing luggage.

Towels weren't great and the aircon only heated the lounge, and didn't extend to the bedrooms. One bedroom had a separate heater provided but not the other.

Amazing Location exactly on waterfront. amazing place to live if you are going with family. all the amenities are near by.

I was a bit taken aback regarding 2 points: 1. parking charges. the staff kept on saying it is mentioned in booking.com regarding payments. however, when the email communication was exchanged, they never even mentioned it is chargeable. they only asked if i needed parking. after much debate, i was refunded 50% of the parking charges. I am not too happy about it. 2. Yes, you can see the fireworks at the bridge from the balcony, which is great. however that is only 9 pm fireworks. if you want to see the midnight fireworks, you cannot view the city fireworks. for that you need to go down to the garden area to see.

the two bedroom apartment was spacious and two bathroom was a bonus. We got a full kitchen to make some meal during our stay. The view of Dockland was great and enjoyable. There were multiple restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The best part is the tram station downstairs which was our everyday travel option into the city and Melbourne park for AO 2025, during our 6 days stay. Indoor secure parking was easy to use, with an additional daily cost.

The building seems to be a bit old and there are quite a few carpet patches and furniture scratches. The bedroom window sealing was not very good, and we could hear kids playing downstairs and feel cold air coming in at night, however not a huge issue. There was no light at shower area, but the bathroom light was sufficient.
