Great location, clean and comfortable
We arrived after 5.00pm due to scheduled flight being later than anticipated. We found it very difficult to contact the staff about the keys. Finally got them and was happy from this point on.

Location was excellent, just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, as well as some 50 metres from the City Circle (free) Tram. The room was a good size for two of us. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom generous in size. My wife appreciated the big bath. The view was great, extending over the corner of Spencer & La Trobe Streets. Kitchen appliances were just what we needed. We were able to store luggage before check-in time (from 9am) & after check-out (until 4.30pm). And the price was enticing. Sure some of the kitchen bench looked warn and tired, but for the price, it was all we needed. If we were travelling to Melbourne CBD in the future, we would choose this hotel again. No need to look anywhere else. A shout out to 'Lokim' at reception. He was very helpful when I asked if I could use the stairs instead of the lifts (ie. phobia). We enjoyed our stay. Thanks guys, for the experience.

Perfect location. 800m from Skybus & Southern Cross Station. Coles & Liquorland less then 5 mins away. 15 min walk to Vic park markets. If you don't want to walk. Trams easy access. Awesome Asian takeaway, right across the road & great prices. Ichimaki, only open Mon to Fri. So make sure you try it out. If you are going to Melbourne for a Marvel Stadium game. So close. Great price for a 3 bedroom apartment too sleep 6. Full size fridge. Oven and cooktop. Microwave. Cool little bar not far away. Bar Humbug. Happy hour 2 - 6. $20 Jugs of Furphy 🙂 plus... With good music & friendly staff ❤️
Needs more utensils,(pasta spoon/fork thing, plus). Bowls,(too make scrambled eggs in microwave).

Location was excellent and the apartment was well appointed with a small kitchen, fridge and dinning area. And with a supermarket nearby it meant you could comfortably feed yourself without having to use restaurants. Walking distance from Southern Cross Station, Marvel Stadium and Docklands.
I didn't read the after hours arrival instructions very well prior to arriving so couldn't access the property as I had expected. It took a while for me to make contact with the after hours numbers but it eventually got sorted and I was able to access my room. I pays to read the instructions.

Excellent location, close to Southern Cross mainline station, within walking distance of city centre, Victoria Market, South Bank etc. Fully equipped kitchen, kettle, electric cooker, microwave etc. Regular cleaning including towel change, toiletries, coffee and tea. Facilities a little dated overall, but clean and fully functional. Staff friendly and helpful. We had booked this accommodation twice. Overall recommendable.

I loved my suite very much. The view of the Ferris wheel was lovely and the wifi was very strong for working and meetings. The kitchen was equipped with an oven and everything else you would expect. I loved that it had a bath and the whole room was very spacious. To be fair, the first room I was given was essentially windowless as the blind didn’t open and if you did open it, there was no view with a bird poop covered balcony. I also killed several small roaches. The second room was much better with natural light and no bugs but the wifi didn’t work in any of the sitting areas. The staff worked with me to find a suitable room which I really appreciated. It really made my stay excellent and was perfect for work. I was sad to leave!!

The space we had was amazing, lots of room. And having access to a kitchen and two separate bathrooms made things really homely.
There was some damage (bathroom handle broken, bathroom sink cracked) and faded paint in the place we stayed. We were surprised to discover that the main bedroom didn't have a door for privacy, that was odd. And the main bed was sunken, on wheels, and the sheets were very uncomfortable. Side note, and this is our of the owners control, but we were on the 10th floor and could hear all the traffic and noises from the street. I'm not sure what can be done about that, it's just something to note for other travellers who may be light-sleepers.

Love the location and for a self contained apartment it is very reasonably priced. We were upgraded to a penthouse apartment which had lovely views of the city and I now understand why it was called HarbourView.
We didn’t know that we couldn’t exit the car park without our swipe card. Reception didn’t open until 9 am so I had dropped the room cards and the parking card into a key return slot. We were stuck in the car park for about 20 minutes until another guest let us use their swipe card to get out. We did ring the mobile number provided but no one returned our call. If we hadn’t been rescued by another guest we would have been stuck for close to one hour. Lucky we didn’t have a plane to catch!!

I do like a firm bed and that’s what I got. Slept so well. Spacious apartment. Look the lounge is tired, but we didn’t use it. The kitchen bench is somewhat worn. It’s all cosmetic. It’s a great property within working distance of southern cross station and close to everything and it’s definitely value for money. To stay in the city in Melbourne for less than $130 a night, I’m not complaining. The staff at reception have been very easy to deal with, we’ve even made plans for a future trip that involves a late arrival. I’m a happy traveller.

Excellent location to Southern Cross Bus Station , the free tram service , beautiful Flagstaff Park and the city centre Very spacious bedroom and bathroom and useful kitchen , very well equipped and comfortable. A great little balcony with view of city. The receptionist Joachim was amazing and allowed us a very early check in at 9.30 am after an early morning flight. So appreciated, very kind and helpful. Thankfully a good lift to seventh floor and wished we had booked a longer stay. Very quiet and very convenient , walking distance to everything you could need.
Unfortunately from the exterior and reception and hallways it looks very tired and in need of updating but this feeling was soon overcome by the incredibly spacious apartment at a very reasonable cost.
