Only spent a night, so I can't say much about it, but I loved that the upper bunk in the room had a sloped ladder instead of a vertical one. Made it slightly easier for me to climb up & down to sleep. The shower was also sizable for a hostel, so plenty of room to manouver, change, and for accessibility in general. The kitchen area was also well appointed, and free breakfast always helps!

Do note that most rooms are only accessible by stairs (as well as the front desk), so I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone with walking accessibility needs.

Jesse was a very happy, friendly face on front counter on my arrival. The vibe of the people in the common room was relaxed and convivial. Front door, stair and room security was comforting as was the cctv monitoring. Kitchen was well laid out and complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. Like it that we all had to strip our bedding and clean up after ourselves in the kitchen. Like the signage indicating and reminding us that we had to be respectful of others regarding noise and behaviour.

I was in room 23 on a Saturday night and there was noise from the street/cafe adjoining the building. Not too bad and not something you can control but that was the only downside.

I really liked the location as well as the social aspect of the hostel. In the evenings there were always groups of people in the common area playing cards and other games which is a great way to make new friends. The showers were very nice and clean and the rooms were large so you didn’t feel cramped like some other hostels. The staff were super friendly and welcoming and always kept on top of keeping the hostel clean.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t any baskets/shelves in the shower cubicles so there wasn’t space to put your shower stuff or phone to get back into the room, however there were hangers for your clothes. I would just suggest hanging baskets on the back of the doors.

The location is excellent — very close to the airport express bus stop, tourist attractions, public transportation, and supermarkets. The hostel’s common area is conveniently located next to the shared kitchen and creates a pleasant social atmosphere. This was definitely the highlight, as it encouraged great interaction among travelers.

The room is not very spacious, and the beds lack privacy curtains and individual power outlets. Breakfast is quite basic and does not include any protein options.

The location was great with minor noise from outside. The bed was more comfortable than I expected and the room was pretty big with a small end table and iron cabinets for each person. The shower was nice. I like the public area in every floor which was quiet and with plugs to use. The dinning area on the first floor was big and nice too. And you can use credit card for the laundry machine.

Everything was great except the open time of the kitchen. It was close from 22:30 to 8:00 the next day, which was very inconvient for an early bird like me. I couldn't even get my bolt filled when I left for my exploring. And there should be more hangers in the shower room cause was none and it was too inconvenient.

Really cool hostel. It's exactly what you expect from a hostel. The facilities at my floor were outstanding! It's worth pointing out. They seem to be brand you. The water pressure was perfect, it was clean, quiet. Honestly, the facilities were above what I have experienced in other hostel. Really nice place. And really a well located hostel.

Honestly, the bed could need an improvement, new mattresses and pillows but I still slept well so it was not a big deal. As other people have said, the common areas are a bit small but still, I managed to find a place when I wanted to chill so it was not a big bother.

Everything, the location of the hostel is just perfectly near a big tram station, buses stops and trans to move around the city, as well many attractions and venues which you can go just by minutes walking. The facility of the hostel also was incredible surprising, everything that you need and more on the comum spaces and even the room has a huge storage spaces, free space to move around and the beds were clean, tidy and super comfy. I was really happy with my stay.

For twice, the toilet's level run out of paper and there was none close so we could replace ourselfs, which was a bit inconvenient. One of the skins wasn't draining properly too, but once reported to the staff all the problems was solved so it honestly wasn't a big thing. Maybe just need to plan cleaning more often or in better times.

We stayed here after we travelled back from Japan. We had been up all night on a flight and they let us check in 1 hour early so we can go to sleep! Amazing service . 2nd time staying here, and is always clean and there’s great staff. The beds are good , and you can get a private room which is amazing for a hostel. It’s in a great location, so close to the train station so makes airport commutes via skybus and train rides very easy to access .

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like! It’s a fun place to stay. Good value for money and offers prices that are super competitive.

The staff is super friendly and nice. And, it is cool that I can use my phone as a key. The location is great near the skyline.

No plugs are around my bed. And, the sheet and pillow smell old.

I absolutely loved it. We got a private room, which was super safe, and all the keys are through an app that you use your phone to unlock. It’s super cool. The bathrooms were brand-new, and it didn’t feel unsafe at all using shared facilities . Incredible location, walking distance of some of Melbourne‘s best. Right across the road from holy moly

The rooms are small, but that’s what you get in a city. For a budget hotel, this is not a problem at all. You are barely there anyway, because you are out having fun.
