Great location, close walk to the main attractions. Tidy apartment. And everything we needed for our stay. Our Only issue was that the hotel took payment off our credit card after our stay when we had already paid via Booking.com. After I emailed The Hotel refunded a few days later however they refunded the lowest charge that was paid a few months earlier so we ended up paying an extra $40 NZD due to the exchange rate change. Our friends who also stayed at this property had the same issue when they stayed two weeks earlier. Something to watch out for.

Excellent location, easy to get around with free trams nearby. The apartment appeared modern and newly renovated. The building was well kept and had great facilities such as gym, communal library area and pool.

Only 1 very minor comment as feedback, as our stay was excellent - We asked for late checkout but weren't able to find out whether that was able to be accommodated until the morning of checkout (as that's when housekeeping decide if they have adequate staff and what the schedule will look like) which made it useless as we couldn't plan what we were hoping to based on finding out on the morning of.

So many varieties of restaurants and food stops very close. Easy parking which included extra in & out if need be.$30 Cheeper on weekends if you don’t. $20 Couldn’t hear traffic once in room.

Floor Mat (needs steam clean) & lounge had two large stains- should be kept as family room not Adult guests. Person responsible’s deposit should have covered replacement fabric of some sort. Even if different colour. Tv lights up into Glass frosted window panel on bedroom 2 & glass door on bedroom 1 so makes harder for early bed guests if others still watching TV. Kitchen holds everything you need if wish to fend for yourself. And full sized fridge for your drinks.

Location: right in the heart of the city. Only 2 mins walk to tram stops and 5 mins to Southern Cross train station that has a big shopping mall and many eateries connected to it. There is a Chemist Warehouse nearby too which is very convenient if you want to shop for great deal household supplies and cosmetic. Staff: very friendly, polite, supportive and informative. Facilities: we traveled as a family of 4 and found the apartment very comfortable and roomy. There is a kitchen and microwave too so very handy if you want to cook something simple. Tableware and kitchenware are supplied too. Washing machine and iron/iron bar are included so can be very helpful if you plan to stay for over 1 week and want to have your clothes washed.

The weather was hot when we were there and there is only one air conditioner in the living room which is obviously not enough to cool the whole apartment. You will have to open the bedroom's door to get the cool air in but never enough. Other seasons should not be a problem at all. There is only 1 toilet to share so it could create tension if you travel in a big group, especially in the morning. Room service is done every 2-3 days but you can always get new towels at the reception.

Apartment block with mixed use, some apartments, some counsel chambers etc. We checked in very late but check in was great and no problems. Close to Marvel stadium and convenience stores close by. Trams nearby and easy to get around the city from the Wyndham. Apartment seemed a little smaller in real life than the pictures but this wasn't a problem. Washing machine and drier in apartment which was really helpful. Great apartment and would return

Couldn't close bedroom doors in either room as bed too long! Had to push bed at an angle to close doors!!

Location and value for money was exceptional. The apartment was great with a nice spacious lounge and enclosed balcony. Great views over the below streets. The staff were super friendly which was great to see. They even presented us with a bottle of wine and chocolates as special guests of the day. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again next time we are back in Melbourne. Plus the free tram is just outside the hotel.

Bedrooms were a little small but the overall space in the apartment made up for it. Only one toilet in the apartment but it was not an issue.

Fantastic location in business district of Melbourne but still very close to all the eateries. Tram stops nearby. Supermarket around the corner. Our 2 bed, 2 bath was clean and the beds comfy. Unit 2007 was really big with a great layout. Cleaning only comes every 3 days but you can request new towels anytime. Helpful front desk. Fully equipped gym.

Dish washer wasn't working very well but we didn't have much to wash anyways. No heater so the apartment was quite cold during our stay in July.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained and set out. The Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. It was nice and quiet as well. There was a tram stop out front and having access to the free trips around the city was fantastic.

We were a bit put off by the young man at reception who did not seem too happy and told us check in was 4pm when confirmation definitely said 2pm. A very friendly and professional young lady came to the rescue. She sorted it out and we were in our room not too much after 2pm.

I was looking for an apartment for three friends to share on a trip away and chose this apartment/hotel mostly because I could have one double bed and 2 single beds, meaning no-one had to share or use the sofa bed. A full sized fridge as well as dishwasher, microwave and toaster were handy to have and the kitchen had sufficient crockery and cutlery as well. We appreciated being able to get fresh air from the balcony and the room and bathroom were clean and tidy.

If I was looking again, I'd look for a place with 2 bathrooms - just for convenience for this type of group.

Location excellent, very central. View from balcony beautiful and loved that there was the option for it to be enclosed or open. It was very clean. 2 day towel and sheet service. Washer/dryer machine was excellent. Courtesy call prior to arrival was an unexpected surprise. Use of the lounge area before and after check out was very handy.

The bedrooms are too small, especially the 2nd room with two single beds. Beds on wheels move around too easily. Lights in the bathroom are too dim. Fans needed in bedrooms, it was too hot at night, even with air con on in the living area. The temperature was mild so I can't imagine what it's like on hot evenings.
