hotel was central location, good price and easy to check in and out, we were quite high up in the hotel on a Saturday night and didn't experience noise disturbance that others have mentioned.

the cleaning standards were low. hair in the shower, someone else's used soap bar, blood splattered on the artwork frame in the room was most upsetting

The location was very good.

There's a large number of steps leading up to the reception with no way of getting in other than carrying my very heavy case. There was no one to assist. I'm an age pensioner and had to ask a passing stranger to help me. This info needs to be provided prior to arrival. Same occurrence when I left. Also, there's a noisy nightclub on the first floor, which I wasn't advised of. Despite that, I was there on a Thursday because it was a public holiday the "music" from the club ricocheted until the early hours.of the next morning.

The location in Melbourne was excellent. Very central to all aspects of the city. Buses outside the door and trams a short walk away. Next door was a small convenience store which was handy. The room was more than adequate and had excellent power points and USB charging points. The small fridge was handy for additional food supplies. Best of all it had a suitcase holder...so many Hotels are now removing these and they are so helpful to travelers, who travel with a suitcase and npt just carry on luggage.

The room was fantastic, incredibly clean, when we arrived we got a lovely surprise of being upgraded for our room even with it only being a one night stay. Location is wonderful and the staff are brilliant and very very helpful and nice.

The only thing that was odd was there was no plates or cutlery that are often in rooms, but even that wasn't that bad just odd, but I don't recommend if you want somewhere fully quiet as there is a night club/bar just below the hotel but even that became background noise for us.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was superb holiday for my family and I ... considering the hotel's location and the value for money. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places, metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. Fema the receptionist's customer service was top tier. Our room is very spacious and cozy , it was thoroughly cleaned everyday. At night time you can slightly hear people's voices at the next room and party music Saturday night as theres a club on the first floor but it doesn't bother me. I was still able to sleep comfortably. My kids enjoyed their stay as there is YouTube in the Tele. We will surely book again next time we come back to Melbourne.

The location is fantastic. The staff were great. The room's were very clean & comfortable. As was the bed & pillows. Parking is available on sight if necessary. 10 minute walk to Flinders St station. There is a mini mart right next door & an IGA just two minute walk away. Lot's of food options within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Unfortunately there is a night club located in the same building, the noise on Saturday night from the bace was significant. Doof, doof doof until I managed to some how fall asleep. I was on the 4th floor, a mate was on the 6th floor. The noise (doof doof bace) was a lot better on the 6th floor. I would stay again (5th floor or above) I'd just bring ear plugs. Midweek I'd check if the night club was open & if so what time it closed. The location is perfect if your looking for somewhere in Melbourne CBD & the price was good.

Fantastic location and the beds were surpringly good quality and comfortable. The room was clean and tastefully appointed with an enormous, wall-mounted television which I loved. The artworks in the room were gorgeous… nothing like the tacky ‘Reject Shop’ type framed prints often encountered… thus was genuine, thoughtfully chosen art. Close to trams, trains, buses and everything really. The reception staff were lovely and extremely helpful. I was really surprised with how good this accommodation was for the price and booking at the last minute. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel.

Great location and super friendly staff. Our executive suite was very spacious, clean, and had lots of natural light. We arrived early to drop our bags but our room was already ready when we arrived so the staff allowed us up to our room early which was so perfect after our very early morning flight. Would definitely stay here again.

The only major issue was our shower, the shower head sprayed everywhere except you and would only get to a lukewarm temperature. The sofa bed could have been a bit more comfortable but other than those two things it was a great stay.

Staff were approachable and made the check in and check out process very easy. Rooms were serviced every day and were clean and presentable. Location was quite convenient and was walking distance to train stations and restaurants.

I wish we got a room with a different view as we got a view of another building, which wasn't the most desired. Also, the night club downstairs had music blaring quite loudly which interrupted us in our sleep at times.

Location Location The location was perfect and everything was so close. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Free trams and access to everything. The staff was very friendly, although the reception area was quite small. The hotel was kept clean and rooms were serviced regularly. Very comfortable beds as well.

The entrance was small , but the hotel is a pretty good size and located in a very nice area. Parking is very expensive. However on this block you are more likely to get an overnight spot on the street. We got lucky for two nights. Just had to make sure the car was out of there before 7:00 a.m. and then we re parked for another 2 hours and paid for it which wasn't a lot and way cheaper than the parking garage overnight parking.
