Location, comfortable beds, good facilities.

Housekeeping was not as good as should be. Had to ask for enough tea bags for a group of 5. Beds were meant to be made up as singles (as prior arrangement was made). When we arrived, the beds were still queens. The beds were then changed. However, one single was made up with the queen quilt folded over double. This caused the person to overheat overnight and pull the beds sheets off. When we brought this to the attention of housekeeping, a set of sheets and blanket were left on the chair for us to remake the bed! 

Great location, very comfortable king-sized bed, very helpful staff, great gym. The staff helped us to switch to another apartment when the first one was quite noisy because of constructions going on close to the building, which we really appreciated. The apartment was very comfortable for a longer-term stay (two weeks). Great airconditioning. Would recommend!

The pots and pans were in a pretty bad state. The windows were rather thin, so street noise wasn't easy to keep out (including at night).

The apartment was exactly what we need for our girl's weekend away. Perfect location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds, plenty of room to spread out. close to the city, trams etc

The downfall with the apartment was it could have done with a good clean. kitchen, benches and tables were coated in a layer of dust. Also, the furniture had what looked like dried flakes of mold or something similar which we assume came for the heating/ air con ducts. this was on the lounge furniture as well as some of the beds. Also, dead spider shells/ insects which looked like they came from the same ducts. This probably needs to be addressed. Bathrooms also need attention with cleaning. The kitchen lacked cooking utensils, no frypan or skillet, just 1 pot for cooking. not practical when cooking breakfast for 6 people.

The location where it's great close to public transport and walking distance to shops. facilities were really good very comfortable room for a family of six, felt very clean and modern. Rented 3 bedriom apartment, had 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, view from every room.

The only thing we weren't happy with was the heating. It was cold wet weekend in Melbourne and the room didnt feel warm at all. Hotel staff came to room and reset the heater but it didn't feel any warmer, air from vent was cold we pulled the doona off the spare bed to use when sitting couch

Staff were attentive, friendly and all around great to deal with. Facilities were great for money and location worked well for us. Rooms were roomy and clean. Very grateful we could check in early and a porta cot available with no problem. We checked out next day and were able to leave out suitcases there all day so we could go visit the zoo. Very happy they allowed this!

The elevators took a very long time to get up and down. A 1 min dash down to the front desk took 15 minutes. Bed was pretty good, but slightly hard. Porta cot doesn't have mattress (just a sheet) so it was very hard for a child to sleep on. Honestly though, this is nit picking. It really was a wonderful stay and I would 100% return

Excellent location, super close to large shopping complex and surrounded by cafes and eateries. Convenience store right across the road for those last minute items to grab. Queen room was quite poky. We ended up having issues with the air conditioning and were promptly upgraded to a king premium. The staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful to the three that stayed. I've not experienced such great service in a long while and appreciated it immensely.

The car park entry/ exit- I wasnt aware of the 2 way until I was up close enough to read the sign and had to reverse back onto the busy road. (Not at all the hotels fault, but thought it may help someone to be aware of it). Limited pool towels, phone in the wet area didnt work, so had to walk down to reception to request a top up.

We love the location very easily to access.We appreciate our rooms,it's very clean and tidy with big living rooms and a comfortable king size bed which is so awesome.We love the gym and the pool for physical fitness., We really appreciate where our rooms are located since this is our first time experience in the hotels where we get clear views of the big and tall building in the city.To conclude we really enjoy our stay thou it was short but its worthy and we are looking forward to check in again in future and also we will recommend other of our workmates to try it out.

Location. Quiet. Nice lobby. Cafes nearby. Walking distance to Southern Cross station. Two TV's, though remotes wouldn't turn off tv. Had to do on the tv. Nice warm pool.

No kitchen dishwashing aids - tea towel, washing liquid, scrubber if you wanted to cook anything. Stubbed my toe on the shower lip which I didn't see! I'm used to flat entry to shower. No biscuits for my tea! No brochures about the place, you have to qr code!

Great location for exploring Melbourne. Close to markets, supermarket, and many places of interest. Enjoyed breakfast at Brick Lane nearby. Room was just right for our party of 4, 2 bedrooms each with TV and 2 bathrooms, clean and modern. A small supply of tea and coffee was available, as well as soap on tap in bathroom and dishwasher tablets. Staff were very nice and suggested places to go and places to eat. Needed some extra crockery and it was delivered to our room and a light bulb was replaced quickly.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment as we had our kids with us. The apartment was very clean and so so spacious. With a big family like ours, it’s very hard to find a big and affordable room that can accommodate us. The location was great. Was very quiet over the weekend we were there. Everything was walking distance, like the mall and restaurants. Was also great that parking is provided. Front desk receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Plus the water pressure was soooo good :). All in all we had an enjoyable stay.

The only issue we had was the remote for the main TV didn’t work and one tv in the rooms didn’t work either. Would be great if they had a breakfast option. And swimming pool area needs to be upgraded as well as the carpets in the hotel. The elevator entry should also be cleaned as it’s so dirty. If these were done, it would definitely be an exceptional stay.
