24 hours reception. Breakfast buffet with limited time has unlimited bread, cereals, jam, juice, milk, coffee, tea & etc. Coffee, tea, sugar & boiling water are always available. Bathrooms were cleaned very frequently even around midnight because I think cleaners & reception may also live there. Kitchen is relatively big.

The bed is a bit soft. Most of the rooms are quite full so it is not very ideal for long term stay. This building is very short when compared with other high rise but it may have more than 200 hundreds beds.

The beds were super comfortable and I really liked having a curtain for a little privacy. Despite staying in a 10 people shared dorm, it was very quiet all day around. The free bbq on Thursday and the free breakfast exceeded my expectations :)

Not all the other travellers gave their best to keep the bathrooms clean, but I saw staff members cleaning there 24/7

Pretty much everything since I know how hostel operates so not much expectations really.

It was the lack of customer service from the staff the could’ve made the difference. They were not polite nor courteous. They didn’t inform me I needed to rent plates to have free breakfast, I was embarrassed at the common area. It also doesn’t say on the profile that there are no shampoo soap etc provided which was weird since all hostels do. Oh well. It was still ok. There were 2 lady staff that were very helpful though I wish I got their names.

everything was great! I had intended to be a long term stay as I had found work and would have 100% stayed here for a prolonged period of time. the staff are super friendly, the showers/bathrooms are cleaned regularly (floor gets wet and can be messy but honesty fine), also never a queue and the kitchen has lots of seating room. the location is super central and the street feels really safe! they provide kitchen utensils for 10$ deposit and towels are also provided - really amazing! have curtains for privacy too which makes such a difference.

maybe the kitchen could be slightly bigger as the fridge and shelves are always crowded! had to wait a day or two before I store my boxes. 20$ key deposit is a bit much too. if you’re a solo traveller, it’s not extremely social and even as an extroverted person, I struggled to meet others but not the hostels fault!

I've stayed twice here so i knew how it worked and especially decided for it bc the room space is big and the beds are comfy plus have a good curtains all around it so it gives you more privacy. Breakfast is good enough and if you're staying longer is worth it to get some fruit to balance it out more I'd say. Location is probably the biggest point here, it's one of the best in CBD area. The staff had put me on a room on the first floor, but honestly it was right by the entrance door so it felt to noise and I asked if maybe a room on the second floor would be available, and she helped me with it. Also the locked room felt pretty safe, I've stayed other hostels were the keys are given around or is mostly open all day closed at night, but here only staff had the key and would go open it for you, so I felt more assured when leaving my stuff there.

This is just personal but the bathroom situation is not my favourite, is just a hallway with different enclosures with everything toilet&shower included. Which is okay, and has the plus that is more private in a way but it also felt like i had to check more times which one to use since the dirty bathrooms were more common.

The rooms are really nice. Privacy curtains, own light and plug socket, spacious locker. There are plenty of bathrooms and toilets. I didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment on that, but I know they had free breakfast with pancakes. The staff were nice and you can store your luggage. Location is great.

People seemed to hang around in the hallways outside the rooms and even when it was like 2/3am, they didn’t seem to be told to quiet down with people sleeping, so the noise was a bit ridiculous sometimes. The bathrooms could do with a refresh, some things broken or had parts missing.

Great location and quite extensive and tasty breakfast which is included in your stay. The beds were very comfy and staff was really friendly. There were plenty of bathrooms, which were cleaned often.

It's quite a crowded place. When I entered the kitchen for breakfast the first time, I was quite overwhelmed by the amount of people in the relatively small room and there was also a TV and radio playing. If you're easily overstimulated, this is not the place for you. Also, there was a deposit for so many things: $20 for the key card, $10 for a box with plates & cutlery and $7 for a towel. Probably for a reason, but it's a pity they can't trust guests with stuff like that. Lastly, there was not a lot of daylight in the rooms.

The cleanest hostel I have ever been to so far. Chilled vibes, great location and beautiful rooftop. The staff is friendly and the kitchen is well organised. In the dorms every bed has a big locker, curtains and a small lamp, so it's super comfy. The free breakfast is simple but rich and you can choose between pancakes, toasts and different beverages.

The bathrooms are many and clean as also the dorms, so in the morning there might be a queue to get ready. No elevator to go on the upper floors.

I generally find the amenities great and room were comfortable also. Had low expectations as I saw many bad reviews but I actually have a good experience overall besides during checking in.

I had to check in late at 11pm, but there was no indication that there will be a change of shift at that time which will take 20-30 minutes. I waited for like 10 minutes before knocking at the reception table which I was then told about the change in shift. Would be much appreciated if there is an indication placed at the counter about the turnaround time for the shift change.
