Location and price were nice, staff were helpful, room was nice and clean

Would have like spare stuff like blankets, had to go ask reception for more

Within the free tram zone, the location was just perfect to visit Melbourne by walk or by tram. Right next door the Queen Victoria market and ww metro for quick groceries. The room was spotless and well designated to fit a family of four. Daily housekeeping. There is an underground parking $30 per night, first in best dressed. Will definitely come back.

At busy times the swimming spool was very crowded not very relaxing.

Pretty good value for money considering the price of accommodation in the CBD. Initially wasn't happy with my room so asked to swap to something nicer as I was there for 5 nights. If you want a view ask for a room overlooking A'beckett st. Staff were great, overheard a guest kicking off at reception and the gentleman behind the counter was so good about, the guest was being very rude. Location was good, about a 15/20min walk to Flinders st. 15min walk to the skybus stop Super handy to numerous tram stops Didn't eat at the restaurant but was always busy at breakfast time . Rooms clean and serviced daily Lots of cafe/coffee shops/convenience shops on the door step Shower was ok, rain shower isn't my favourite but bathroom was clean and had shampoo, condition and body wash supplied

Obviously some rooms have better view than others. Some look out onto another building, rather close

This property is excellently located a short walk from the Queen Victoria Market, incredible coffee spots (Path and Park Lane), and the city tram. The team working at Pegasus was very helpful and so friendly. They made us feel welcome and helped answer the few questions we had. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet, even when we were positioned near the elevator.

I can’t say there are any negative experiences we had while visiting. Just make sure you keep your blinds down, as some rooms are positioned with site lines directly into other adjoining or nearby apartments/hotels.

Helpful concierge on arrival (Connor). Hotel was just around the corner from tram stop & within free tram zone. Pool & spa good size. Jug of water & clean glasses were always on the bar for your use. Tip: if you want bottled water, go to the gym on 1st floor & refill your drink bottles there. I had difficulty scanning QR code on TV for my Netflix account, but kind young concierge came to room to sort it for me. Convenience store next door for essentials & getting Myki card & getting cash from ATM.

Every day we had to ask concierge for more shampoos (1 small tube provided not enough if you're washing your hair after the gym/pool) & dish washing liquid (1 sachet per day provided by the cleaner). Kitchen was very poorly equipped (nothing to put foods in to heat in microwave). Very few clothes hangers but concierge did organise more. Safe was stupidly put on floor of wardrobe (had to lie on the floor to use it!)

The location was excellent, right next to Victoria Market and a two minute walk to several tram routes, including the 35 circle line. The room was well laid out, was clean and serviced daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A small metro supermarket is very nearby.. The on-site bar had a happy hour daily. Would certainly recommend and would stay again. Great spa and pool.

Written Instructions to work the microwave would be helpful, as would a TV system that older guests might be able to use with access to ordinary TV channels., especially sport. An extra chair suitable for sitting on to eat at the desk would be good.

Clean and easy to get to. We do love coming here

We asked for the Gaming or Cars room and got Jungle. I doubt anyone ever asks for Jungle and it was ok but disappointing that we booked so far in advance. The pool continued to have no towels everytime we went down there and kept having to ask for some to be bought down. The bed was so wobbly that any movement I woke instantly so exhausted by the end of 3 nights. Would have expected more from $1400 but we had a nice time

Front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating at check in - the hotel is centrally located in the CBD with a short walk down to Melbourne Central and the city, and we found it incredibly handy being close to Flagstaff train station so we could jump on trains and trams with ease. The room was basic but comfortable for a 7 night stay - it had decent amenities and was clean.

Room was a little dated, some rough edges but great for the price - as long as you keep your expectations reasonable it's a great spot for families and longer stays. This isn't luxury but clean, comfortable, centrally located and well appointed.

Special thanks to Maria who welcomed us warmly and provided advice on transportation within the city. - I wrote to the hotel two days before my trip with questions and got a response from Kayah within minutes. - The twin studio room was very clean. - The property is located close to transport (train, tram bus) and restaurants.

- There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom/toilet. We had to keep the bathroom exhaust fun running whenever we were in the room. - We were on the second floor and the view of the city was blocked by a building. - The toilets located near the dining area were not clean.

The property offers great prices that caters the needs of solo, couples, group and family visiting Melbourne. I like that it is accessible to trams, trains and an amazing location close to tourist spots such as the Queen Victoria Market, shops and food places around. The buffet breaksfast is great value and enjoyed the Japanese food at the restaurant. Gym, the pool and the laundry room is a plus for this property. The staff were amazing and helpful and will definitely recommend Pegasus to people I know who is going to visit the coty in Melbourne.

I think I am happy with the service and loved my stay at Pegasus.
