Great location; easy access to the city with parking 100 meters away. We stayed in a two room apartment which was clean and had all we needed.

Interesting checkin - front door was locked; then went up to level 3 to collect the keys. Ther was only one lift operating for the building, so was a bit slow and busy when it arrived! The water leaked out from under the shower so the bathroom floor was quite wet. We were also tricked by the over ride power switch at the front door!

Super clean & orderly. The staff were polite, courteous and thoughtful. Location so close to Melbourne Central- can’t get any better! The proactive helpfulness of reception. Booking.com stuffed up by over-charging deposit supposedly on behalf of Platinum, but not so. Receptionist put effort into finding local number, explaining, apologizing- and the time patient and professional. Much appreciated

The smart storage is too good at hiding some items- had to ask receptionist because items weren’t marked! No compendium wasn’t helpful…I understand this place is more for students to rent long-term than for holiday seeking hotel-experience…

Smoke alarms had been removed and lamp in single bed room was broken.

Very clear instructions were provided for entry… reception staff were a little hard to hear, mainly because they tended to remain looking at their paperwork on their desk rather than looking at me face to face… this was felt to be a little rude…

I would’ve liked to have had a better conversation with the gentleman manning the reception desk

The hot water was hot enough as Melbourne was freezing. The view from the 32nd floor is stunning.

Felt insecure to just leave the door keys on coffee table when checking out. I rather return them to reception. Also, it would be more secure to issue a token to customers if they drop off luggage at reception and pick up later.

Good central location. Parking building short walk away. We had a spacious two bed apartment which was great for our family of 3. Good amenities.

Stayed two nights, no servicing was done. The sheets didn’t tuck in and bunched up. The front door + bathroom door handles need maintenance/loose.

The accommodation staff warmly welcomed us and ensured a smooth check-in process. Since the apartment was already cleaned and ready, we were pleasantly surprised with an early check-in, even though we had only planned to drop off our bags after arriving early from the airport. Excellent service!

Great little apartment, perfect for 2 people. Nice space, modern, good building and very accessible to the trams and central Melbourne.

Sink was slow draining and the heat pump was fairly loud, probably needs some maintenance looking at it.

Great location- very close to tram stops, CBD shopping, and within short travelling distance of Southern Cross station for the Sky Bus. Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with amazing views of the city, though a little on the small side. Very convenient having all kitchen amenities and laundry facilities in the apartment (although it would have been nice to have more cutlery and glasses)

I tried a number of times to contact staff to ask for a kettle as I couldn't find one in my apartment, and there were some cupboards I couldn't open, but my calls went unanswered. Eventually I had to go down to reception to ask for a kettle. Staff informed me that some of the kitchen cupboards could sometimes get stuck shut and required prying open with a knife (annoyingly the cupboard in question in my apartment was the one that housed the kettle and toaster, so that solved that mystery). Regular maintenance could avoid this
