Clean, private, quiet, and has in suite laundry. There are even packets of washing powder you can use for the laundry that they provide. Fantastic location right in the centre of Melbourne. Like the other reviewers mentioned, these are student apartments but that was never an issue for me, as the students mostly kept to themselves and I think I was there during a time when school wasn't in session so the building seemed relatively empty.

Very strict on check in time, they would not allow me to check in any earlier than the check in time posted. You also can't connect to the wifi without a room number so you can't stay in the lobby or do any work while you wait.

Great views of the city from our corner room on level 14. Near the tram stop to the train station and near shopping malls (Melbourne central) and Fitzroy semi hipster street was within 20mins walking distance. Very lovely correspondence from the team. There is a washer and dryer and they left a little laundry soap packet to use as well which we are very grateful for our 4 night stay.

There wasn't an official person for a 10pm check in, just the lovely security guard who brought us to our rooms. But it meant we were without internet til the morning when we were checked in properly. Also the floors were a bit sticky and two towels had a little brown stain which we did get replaced. There is no bean room, there is however, a bin room on each floor lol.

The location was great as it was close to shopping malls and close to supermarkets and food courts. That it was easy to sleep even with construction going on. Having air conditioning really helped when it was really hot during the day.

There should be more garbage bags and more rubbish bins as I had to use takeaway bags to store rubbish. There should be a carpet under the table as the chairs and tables seem to slide. The tv should be in the bedroom not in the lounge area. Some of the staff weren't real friendly when you walked in and out of the apartment. The construction at the front of the apartment was a bit annoying.

Location, location and perfect location. Next to the malls, State Library, free trams and Central Station. Quiet, safe, and the elevator is quick (very well-designed elevator system even for such a high building). We stayed on the 22nd floor, and it took a few seconds to wait for one of the 4 elevators. Our room was on facing the city center with a nice view from the floor-to-ceiling Windows all over the wall. The room is spacious. You can cook in the room on the cooktop with kitchen gear and table setting provided. The bed is comfortable, and the shower flow is strong.

The reasons I didn't give a 10 score are, as the other reviews said: No local phone numbers (only a 0044 UK number available), you can't call the reception from the room if you have any trouble. No room services, and you can't find anybody at night if you need more body wash or toilet paper :-). No towel change for 6 nights of stay (I found only 1 face towel provided for two of us). No toothbrush/toothpaste and slippers. No TV channels, only YouTube etc. Some coffee/tea bags and milk only for the first day. I understand this is not a hotel but a residence. It is definitely a good value for money.

We arrived an hour before the specified check-in window and had no difficulty collecting our keys. Having the washing machine and dryer in the room was a huge plus for this property. The lobby had a very distinct clean smell that seemed to just welcome you back 'home'.

I wish there was an option to have the room cleaned for longer stays. I would have paid for cleaning service. The pillows were a bit too soft. I was a bit too scared to cook and set-off the alarms (it may need another pan though; there was only a casserole pan and no scrubber to clean it with).

Location was great, we were able to walk to all our destinations, and I do have slight mobility issues. It was very quiet. Reception staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Bed was really comfortable.

unfortunately there was no where to sit in comfort, in the small lounge area. The little kitchenette had bare essentials. We didn't realise when we made our booking, that this property is manly for young adult students.

Location - 35mins from the airport, took an Uber, around 50 AUD. Amazing location, walkable to everywhere and within the free tram area, right opposite is a shopping center, access to all kind of different foods. 10-15min walk to Victoria Market, 25mins walk to the Southbank. Staff - Extremely accomodating, arrived after check in time (2-8pm), they were able to have someone there to check me in. Room - I stayed on the 19th floor - studio apartment (pictures shown looks exactly what was provided) , super safe access to the room, as you are only access the floor you are staying on which is great for solo traveller. Outstanding view of Melbourne, with big windows and blacked out curtains. Room was very spacious, clean and stylish. Facilities was amazing with fridge, bottle of water, milk and herbal tea on offer. Kettle, toast and cooking facilities was provided. Bed was super comfy and bathroom was big with a walk in shower. Wifi was excellent. Facilities - Gym and pool was amazing, great view from the pool side. Pool not deep and towels and changing room available. Space to do work and take meetings. Laundry was on offer but did not use. Definitely will stay here again, facilities was to the highest standards.

This place was in the best location, just opposite Melbourne Central and nearby food places on Elizabeth Street as well as Queen Victoria market being a fair walk away. Great views. Really clean and had everything we needed for an apartment stay. The staff at reception were really amazing and helpful and we got fresh towels from the housekeeping staff.

Contrary to a lot of the comments, the property was easy to find, the check-in after hours was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful

The building doesn’t really have a designated carpark to rent a spot for a day, but they offer discounted parking at the public carpark across the road and that was helpful when I had a visitor

Good room size and breakout areas in foyer for computer work or just some space. Bags can be left before checking and after checkout too. Great pool and gym area. Kitchen in room is sufficient for meals.

TV channels on free to air are intermittent and no explanation why this happens. It’s just does.
