The location of the Hostel is incredible! Right im the middle of the city next to great locations like Hard rock! I had a great time there, despite bad reviews of the staff they showed me respect, when being alone, the aroma and feeling of community of the hostel feels amazing, always having someone to talk to like my new friend Abdullah and other members of the hostel! This is truly an amazing gem and would stay every night if I could

I asked to be changed to a solo girls room and the staff was very kind. The room was spacious and the sleeping very comfortable, you have everything you need.

Some of the other male guests looked not pleasant, but that has nothing to do with the hostel, and it might be just my perception. The cleaning of the common areas was not exceptional but again, too many people were using them I guess (kitchen and living room, toilets were fine).

Location.

Lots of permanent non travelles. Not too clean. Lost a suit with tie and shirt which i left on a shelf in the room which apparantky disappeared according to staff. Not sure if this was true as there was only one other in the room. Anyway. The staff were very unsure how to look fir it and dud nit seem to care much about it. Not the best place to stay if you an honest good traveller. Too unclean and poorly managed by the day staff. Night staff were more accommodating I think.

Great location. Clean. The staff are very patient. Guests are high needs in terms of flexibility and often don't have a lot of financial options.

Price was a bit high owing to the Taylor Swift concert. Regular price is competitive, but still expensive - that's life in the big city. I'd forgotten that shared dorms are a bit smelly.

All though maybe a new microwave or a jug Kettle Hot drinks , It was really warm clean nice safe too

It was a great room, I liked the kitchen, the people were very friendly! I met a few people there, and they were very nice people! They are very down to earth person and I really liked it here!

good location, kitchen:clean,kichen hours open is very good ,the rates are resonnable ,washing machines is good

Idon't like only, I should climb the stair with my heavy luggage

Excellent kitchen facilities where you can cook for free, kitchen set are available. Hot water is also free.

There should be a frequent cleaning for the toilet since it is publicly used

The location tram is free to ride in the area along Elizabeth street to flinders and down flinders

There was no elevator service to climb three floors with your belongings you have to go up and down at least twice which would be much easilier with elevator was available

All I so love it..I'm don't feel uncomfortable...I don't feel some comments at here always complaint this or that.. just stay one or few days sure don't know it.. I'm here regular I'm few so good .. welcome to stay here .. have a great day all ..
