I absolutely love Milano apartments and I always stay there when I am in Melbourne. I also recommended Milano to several of my friends and I will continue recommending Milano to everyone. To me, the blue pillows make everything look exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing whilst the grayish pillows not so much. Next time I stay in Milano, I will surely request to have all pillows blue.

All small issues mentioned in the reviews submitted by other travelers are real and Milano should attempt to fix them. I personally don't care about small annoying details but others do, apparently.

Great stay in an excellent location! The apartment is right in the centre of the city, with an Aldi Supermarket just down stairs. There's also plenty Asian marts, convenience store, restaurants and cafes nearby. It's only a 7min walk to Melbourne Central, with trams right outside. The area feels safe! Room was clean, comfy and well-equipped with adequate amenities and kitchen essentials. Bed was comfy and toilet i spacious. Good receptionist service. One minor downside is the TV no Netflix and no remote control and quite old. Housekeeper is available. Overall, amazing stay and worth the value 😍

Great location, within free tram zone - easy to travel from/to city centre. Good quality room - Our two bedrooms apartment was the same as shown in booking.com Comfy beds & accessible balcony. Very helpful staff. Excellent value & very good price at that time. Late checkout option.

Bit disorganised in term of booking for the overnight car park. I've requested overnight car park via booking.com, but the staff missed it. The instruction in the paper also wasn't very clear - so had to trial & error little bit. The online self check-in web tried to charge the full amount booking again (which I already paid via booking.com) - so I skipped it and did check-in directly at the receptionist desk instead. I wish there are temporary car park bays for us to check-in/check-out.

The location is perfect for visiting attractions and places in Melbourne CBD. All on foot or by using free trams. The facilities in the apartment are very complete, you could easily stay here for a week or longer. Supermarket on doorstep. A realy good place to stay.

The key procedures to enter apartment and parking level are a bit complex but in the end a safe precaution. City noise is always in the background. And finally, the parking fee per day (28 AUD) was a unpleasant surprise. But I might have overlooked this in the booking proces. The car stays safe in a private parking garage in the same building. But the location makes up for the disadvantages.

To be honest i was bit sceptical about this apt as they have lot of bad reviews. But surprisingly when we stayed there, everything was good & comfortable. Rooms are clean, enough kitchenette, location it on the middle city, parking only $28/day, next to aldi, hot water one of the best in the appartments. Washing machine and dryer also make life easier. Customer service also nice, polite & straightforward. Prices are affordable & you can choose appartments with 2 bathrooms as well. Definitely recommend this apartments for those who would like to stay in the middle of the city with affordable price & with shops, restaurants just around the corner.

Swimming pool was nice & cool & spa was very nice & warm & both was amazing and clean. Tennis court was great fun and free to hire. Balcony view from room was stunning. Facilities offered was great. Movie theatre was amazing and free to use with my family. Room had everything we needed. Location of this hotel is excellent, only 2 min walk from all grocery shops and take away places, 5 min walk from station, 10 min walk from market, it is the best location to not need a car.

The couch. It wasn't comfortable enough to sit and watch a movie due to the cusions slipping, but otherwise it was wonderful. There was only 1 air-conditioning unit which was located in the lounge room so it did get hot in the front room which had no windows.

Excellent location. Great pool and gym facilities - small, but nice. Amazing view from the balcony and main bedroom windows. Staff were responsive to all requests.

There was an issue with the wifi that meant we did not have access to it during our stay. To be fair, they tried to rectify the problem by installing additional hardware, then offered to move us to another room. By that stage, we were just over 24 hours into our stay - we had settled the kids into the room (clothes and kitchenette items everywhere), and there was no guarantee that we would move into a room of equal quality (we really liked the view), or even in the same building (the pool and gym were really nice and convenient). We hope this is rectified for subsequent visitors, as apart from this, the room was perfect for our purpose.

This property was perfect for a quick weekend away with our kids. Public transport is easily accessible including trains and tram stops. Aldi is just below for stocking up on snacks and breakfast items. Melbourne Central is a short stroll away or jump on the tram! We enjoyed the views from our balcony and used the pool and spa. There is a tennis court that you can book also. Will book here again with the family!

Picking up keys from reception and finding that our room was not ready - even though I had spoken to them on the phone the day before in regards to arrival time and we were later then expected. Tennis court was unfortunately fully booked for our stay - maybe try to book this prior to arrival if you want to use it.

I love its location, as it is within the free tram zone, and I can find my way around the CBD with ease. I also like that it is situated next to Aldi, (although it was shut on the 13/1 early due to construction works.)

I stay there a lot, so are very accustomed to using the Milano Apartments. However, this time I had my family visiting from overseas with me. We ran out of toilet paper; I parked my car and occurred a fee plus an additional bond. I usually use the Milano Apartments for work when I come to the city. The cost was significantly more for this visit perhaps a return customers loyalty card might be warranted. If you were wanting to make additional improvements, a temporary parking bay outside the carpark driveway would allow customers to collect keys and get information on how to use the parking facilities without causing discomfort to others. I still would use Milano apartments as my choice of short stay accommodation when staying in the CBD!

The apartment is spacious, has a nice view and is conveniently located in walking distance to Victoria Market, Melbourne Central Station and the free cable car line, CBD, Chinatown, shopping malls and restaurants. There’s a ALDI next door. Due to the building site in front of the house, taxi pickup/drop-off was a little difficult. Everything was prepared nicely for us. There were soaps and shampoo, a hairdryer, dishwashing liquid and sponge, etc. We had asked for an early check in. As the room wasn’t ready in time, the price was calculated very fair without even asking for it. We could store our luggage and use the waiting time for a little stroll to Victoria Market.

Only downside: The mattress of the sofa bed is totally insufficient. Every spring can be felt.
