The check-in counter and my room are in different units; I have to walk a bit down the road to get to the room. I paid with my Youtrip card, which didn't have a surcharge. An AUD 100 deposit was held by the hotel, and I received the refund on my card the day after I checked out. The room is equipped with a microwave, fridge, cooking stove, kettle, etc. The hairdryer needs to be requested from staff when you check in. Housekeeping is provided every three days during the stay. My bed is soft but lucky I can sleep well. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Melbourne Central and Victoria Market. There is also a tram station right in front of the apartment.

The shower cubicle in our room is small, so you have to shower carefully to avoid hitting the glass panel. The glass sliding door of the shower cubicle is off its track, so extra caution is needed when closing it.

the location in regards to our venue and other events was really good as there was enough easily accessible transport between them. The room itself was a lot bigger than we had anticipated and it felt reasonably isolated and secure. The beds were comfortable however I did find the sheets to be a little uncomfortable but overall it was a pleasant stay.

A part from the bed sheets it would have been nice to have access to face cloths in the bathroom and paper towel in the kitchen without having to purchase them ourselves. There was also a few minor issues in the apartment such as cracks in the walls and the shower door not working properly but these were manageable.

We loved the friendliness of the staff and the clean and comfy rooms, the beds were to die for I ended up sleeping in too many times haha, the bathrooms were quite spacious as well which I enjoyed and having a place where the trams were right outside made it so easy to commute, was so enjoyable to go about what we were doing and get back safe and sound to a wonderful safe and comfortable hotel.

Unfortunately the pool and sauna areas is not accessible for those with disabilities due to the stairs so it was impossible for me to go up to use it let alone view it so unfortunately I wasn't too happy with that, Maybe might be best for the hotel to mention that under its listing in case anyone like myself wants to find somewhere with an accessible pool

it was in a great location. very easy to get around the area, catch the trams or walk. room was warm and the cleaning staff where great. easy access to shops.

The seating in the living area was horrible. very uncomfortable. TV limiting and on one night no signal at all. no phone in the room or any information on places to dine out in close location. room was right opposite the lift so could hear it every time it stopped on the floor opposite my room. Maintenance started in the room, not finished. would have been great to have been able to obtain a street map showing where we where and some of the local attractions.

It was an easy walk to QV markets and Melbourne Central. The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities. Even though the floor space wasn't very big it managed to have 2 separate bedrooms and a kitchenette which was appreciated by my group. Great price for the location. We were there for the flower and garden show in Calrton gardens which was accessible by a short walk or connecting tram lines. The property was suited to elderly guests.

There were no clothes hangers in the wardrobe. It would have been nice to have place to put soap and shampoo in the shower. The wifi network was unsecured which made me a little uneasy using it.

The location was excellent. Close to the Melbourne Flower Show (the purpose of our visit), eateries, shopping. Everything within a 10-15 minute walk. 20 minute walk to the Yarra river and attractions there. Coffee place right next to the hotel at street level was a pleasant surprise. We just popped down each morning to grab a coffee and bring back to our room while we planned our day. The room was basic and plain. No outlook, but for $190 a night for two people, it was great. Everything was clean. There were two bedrooms as advertised, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was not small (always nice not to have to bump into walls when drying off). The kitchen was a complete kitchen- stove, cook top, microwave, fridge.

Although the room had a complete kitchen, there were very few dishes, glasses, or mugs. You would not be able to cook there. No pots and pans, etc. The reception area felt a bit unwelcoming, with staff barricaded behind glass and a small pass through, like in a money exchange. It felt a bit grim. The staff were polite but not actually friendly.

For the room rate it is excellent. The cleaning standard was excellent- the housekeeping staff do a great job. I had a basic room booked but was upgraded to one with a separate bedroom. Has a little Juliet balcony. I had booked for 2 nights thru here but was so impressed as soon as I went into the room I went to reception and extended for 2 more nights direct with the property. Right in front of tram stop for trams #1 and 6 into city

Great location, fabulous cafe downstairs near reception. Bed was comfortable, basic facilities for kitchen. Hot shower, reasonable sized bathroom. Clean.

Only get one key for 2 people. Difficult if one person was out, they had to take the key to get back in, which meant the other person couldn't leave, or else they couldn't get back in. Balcony was so tiny we didn't even bother to go out, and it looked over another apartment building and car park, which was unpleasant.
