The customer service was amazing, and if no one was at the counter, you could call after hours, and they would help immediately and were super friendly. Super hot water and water pressure, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and fridge was a huge help. More than happy for price.

Some stains on couch, could hear everthing outside ie cars and sirens (but to be expected when so close to street level in cbd)and bed was comfortable but when you'd sit on the edge it sank. Other than these minor issues, the room was amazing for cost as well as lots of storage in the kitchen and dishwasher.

Big windows looking out over the street, lots of natural light. Position on Swanston St with nearby tram stop, excellent for so many parts of The city and beyond. Kitchen.

Nothing, aircon is damaged and really old but still seemed to work still, but I was there in winter and worried about heating. I found a portable heater in the bedroom which actually did a good job. If city noise is a problem outside rooms over the street might not work for you but I love the sound of city and trams and for good natural light is worth it.

A comfortable apartment with plenty of room. Close to everything in the City, Trams close by.

No exhaust Fan in bathroom . I was told before getting there that parking is available but availability was questioned when arrived. There was no signage, except one sign, which had a car parked there. So we parked the car in another spot, no one complained so I guess we were ok. When leaving early and no staff available it was hard to leave the car park , (no parking available outside building) then take the Carpark keys/ apartment keys to leave in the apartment, so a slot at the office would be a lot easier to manage.

Great friendly customer service. Room was very clean a the location is great being a 2 minute walk to lygon St which has over 30 different restaurants to eat from and other stores,5 minute walk to Victoria market which is great to shop or eat and the Melbourne city which is beautiful and plenty to do. Great place to book if you want to stay busy and explore. The owner is a nice guy and a handsome man 🤠 the lady is also very nice 👸I'll be a regular herefor sure.

Superbly clean, wonderfully located, staff were friendly. The apartment had enough equipment to cook a simple meal, and was spacious enough for two easily . I thought the cost was reasonable, and I felt secure in that environment. Having spent weeks touring with inadequate clothes washing facilities Swanston St was great plentiful washers and dryers and a clean spacious room with laundry powder supplied - fantastic! I would certainly recommend

Didn't like is too strong a view point a lighter sleeper would have been wakened a lot by the lift noise in my room 418. The shower edge and door leaked over the floor - I used towels to reduce the water. The ironing board really needed a better cover - I feared scorching some items. The sofa needed a cushion or 2 - I used a pillow instead. As ever with multi occupancy buildings there are always inconsiderate people - banging doors is a personal hate, and one night music at 3am woke me. Although I had informed of my late arrival it took 2 phone calls to achieve my key, I was told an e mail had been sent to give late arrival details, but I did not get anything. But these are gripes not complaints and should not put you off.

The serviced apartments are clean and very comfortable. The location is central and on a main tram route, that can take you anywhere in Melbourne with in minutes. The ability to stay in and cook your own meals, is a great option and advantage. Staff are friendly and helpful. The serviced apartments offer great value for money and are like a home away from home.

The fact the TV has no wifi connection. And the apartment only had 1 Key.

The room was very clean, all appliances worked well and were well maintained.

I was badly bitten by bed bugs on my arms and face! Can I please have a reply indicating how this problem will be addressed by management ?

Nobody at reception when I arrived waited 30 mins and finally a cleaner came by she contacted somebody and she helped me to a room when I left on Sunday same sign on door helping someone else back in half an hour so did not see any receptionist fir the two nights I was their not good enough I think they are trying to run two motels.

Loved the location and price. The apartment was a good size and well furnished. It was especially good that there was a stove microwave and diahwasher

It's a very noisy location. Great if you're a night person but if you want to sleep any time before midnight it's not easy. The shower was pretty lackluster, no pressure whatsoever

Location for what we needed was perfect, car parking available, good size room towards the back of the building off the main Street so was quiet. Have stayed before in a front room, would be requesting a back one if we stay again 301

The window blinds could be more blockout at night.
