The apartment was very spacious. King bed in the main bedroom. The view was lovely, especially at night and we got one of the rooms with a balcony as requested. Full kitchen including oven Android tv so we were able to easily watch Netflix. Bathroom was more updated than the rest of the apartment There was parking on site..no complaints whatsoever. Fantastic value for money and we had a great stay I didn't get photos of the room but got one of the view from the bedroom

Nothing at all. Absolutely fantastic stay. Only thing I could say was the Tv was a little buggy - tried to watch a movie on YouTube but had to switch to Netflix but I don't blame the hotel for that.

Location was excellent, we walked to dinner and there were plenty of Sunday breakfast options close by. We were able to park at the hotel for an additional cost, parking was easy to get in and out of. The two bedroom apartment was comfortable for a one night stay for 4 people. Beds were great and bathroom had a washer and dryer.

There was some confusion around parking when I booked, it said parking was not available. But upon arrival I asked where the closest parking was and there was a spot available at the accommodation.

Excellent and spacious apartment in A1 location, with lots of shops and good restaurants around the corner in Lygon Street. Good public transport links. Separate bedroom, plenty of space to hang clothing, spacious bathroom, dishwasher (Note: lint filter at the front!), washing machine and dryer.

There were some cobwebs behind the curtains, and the carpet in the living room -- well, the less said about it the better. Makes for an unnecessarily run-down look. New manager is busy trying to improve the cleaning. Lots of noise at night from Lygon St. I still warmly recommend this apartment!

I loved the location of the accommodation, it was a relatively quiet location considering how close we were to Lygon St. We were walking distance to many Melbourne attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very well set up, beds were comfortable, amenities were all in working order and the room and reception area were very clean.

That there was no swimming pool, some of the dishes could have been a little cleaner and the air conditioner could have been a little stronger as it didn't really cool the bedrooms down only the lounge area.

Spacious apartment with good seating options (dining, desk or coffee table), laundry and kitchenette facilities, comfortable and clean bed, lots of natural light and windows to open, great staff, price and excellent location.

Bathroom walls needing a scrub or paint to freshen. overall was it quite clean. I am reasonably fit but was a little hesitant to climb the bath to get in and out of the shower. A hand rail (on the right hand side wall - same side as door) NO. 108 would provide support for guests and avoid potential injury/ liability.

It was really lovable and I would like to visit again. The services, rooms, facilities all were superb. In fact, I would like to recommend this to all.

There is nothing that I disliked. Everything is superb and I feel to visit again.

Great location for central Carlton. The staff were exceptional, particularly Bianca. She went above and beyond when I left my mobile in an Uber on the way to the hotel. Thanks to Bianca’s persistence and dedication, I was events able to track down my phone and recover it. You don’t get that assistance on most places. So grateful and made the stay absolutely fantastic

Great location for Lygon St & Exhibition Building. very clean and neat. Staff helpful. Beds very comfortable, mine had a blanket rather than a doona, a big plus for me. Well appointed kitchenette. Great value for my money

The carpets were very worn, taped over in places. Whilst staff were very helpful they were only on duty from 9am to 4pm on the days I was there so there wasn’t help after these hours. I booked very early and received a great deal but later bookings were full price which I feel was expensive for conditions and services offered

Great location off Lygon St & walking distance to the city. Apartment was spacious & well equipped.

Noise of elevator was loud through our bedroom wall as our room was next to the elevator shaft.

The location was simply perfect, We just wanted to have a meal in Lygon Street and not have to think about parking or driving. We easily found a restaurant short walk away which made for a very relaxed and exjoyable evening. The room was very clean and I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the bed and pillows! The receptionist, Bianca, was delightful and couldn't have been more helpful.

The only thing when we first arrived was that the apartment smelt a bit musty but that was easily remedied by opening the door and letting in some fresh air.
