Enmyitt at check in was very helpful. secure parking off street. Good size 2 bedroom apartment and location was very quiet and private within complex. Bed was comfortable. bathroom was roomy. Lounge room was roomy. Overall the apartment did not feel cramped. Perfectly suitable for short term (3 nights stay)

Amazing staff waited 2 hours past when they could have gone home just to meet us and make sure that we were checked in ok. The location is top-notch for city adventure. The apartment, although a very little bit tired from age, is an example of how great an older place can be when properly cared for and maintained.

Location was the best in Melbourne; Apartments were generous and well appointed; having a bath is very nice; plenty of bench space; smart TV was great

Location and size and facilities. It was a little careworn which didn't worry us apart from dusty carpets and hayfever. Great views which we enjoyed. Well equipped kitchen and laundry and especially clothes hanging rack which always makes me happy!

Outside gate was broken when we arrived but was fixed on our second last day. Check in was anxious as our plane was late and we arrived at the facility not sure of how we would get in despite ringing back in response To a message within office hours and then ringing the emergency number. Luckily we got a response to a text to the emergency number telling us what we needed to do. Oh and forgot to say toilet was very temperamental and difficult to flush adequately.

Excellent location. 2 minute walk through to Lygon Street restaurants and easy access to Peter Mac hospital. Large room, clean, comfortable. The bed was a bit firmer than I like but apart from that, top place to stay. Car park was easy, just follow the instructions.

We came after reception closed and had to pick up the key from EzyMart in Lygon St. It was busy and finding a car park was a challenge. If we had known, we could have parked at the front of the Clocktower and walked through to Lygon St to collect the key. It is only a couple of minutes walk. Will know for next time

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Good laundry facilities. Bath as well as shower. Cooking facilities adequate, but not flash. Beds really comfortable. Wi-fi good. TV good. Big fridge and freezer. Close to shops and food outlets. Close to trams and buses.

Limited hours at reception meant we had to sort issues for ourselves. Dishwasher didn't work for us. Some wear and tear needed fixing, although maintenance seemed to be underway. Pots and lids ill matched.

Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Red couch is uncomfortable. Would be nice to be able to sit up straight on it. Only real complaint is...The windows rattle very loudly when it is windy! Windows need to be replaced whe the apartmentt is renovated. The toilet cistern didn't always refill. Water ran into the bowl. We could eventually solve this by jiggling the buttons. Secondary whinge: the plumbing from adjoining apartments is very noisy.

The very short distance [500m] to the Garden and Flower show. The security for parking our car and being able to walk to a supermarket and eateries. The unit was clean although it is very old and needs refurbishing.

In short the ridiculously hard mattresses - they were truly uncomfortable to sleep on and as a result I ended up with lower back and hip pain. Please either replace the mattresses or put pillow tops on them to soften them. Also there were just basic kitchen implements, I had to go and buy a tin opener, there was no sharp paring knife either. People want cooking facilities when travelling to save eating out all the time, but when even the basics were missing, it makes it hard to do this. People should not have to suss out a supermarket to buy what they need to basically cook. In one of the bedrooms, there is a 3 door sliding wardrobe, the centre door is off it's rack and has jammed the outer two doors, so none of them could be slid open. This is not a good look and needs to be fixed.

Great location, comfortable. Plenty of room, comfortable bed and clean sheets. Everything there we needed for our one night stay. We had a function on Lygon street and was so easy to walk home afterwards. It was very good value for money, we booked the budget apartment and it was a bit tired looking but still had all we needed and it was clean. Also, great they have a secure carpark underneath.

There was no TV, but there was a remote so not sure what happened to it.

Location was great, close to restaurants but still very quiet. Beds comfortable and clean. Bathroom shower good. Rooms size good. Security good

No Reception…. Had to collect keys at mini mart but not informed of this before arrival. Not enough cups and mugs. Only one mug for three people and cups were tiny. Could be better lounge and comfortable seating in living room Reasonably clean but could do with a deep clean e.g curtains, tiles between shower and bath, edges of carpet etc Some bedside lights did not work
