Excellent location in lively Fitzroy, surrounded by restaurants, bars, bookstores, thrift shops and more all in walking distance. Coles supermarket just next door. Tram stops two minutes away. We went with the one bedroom deluxe for a total of six nights across two bookings, and greatly appreciated it. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. The bed and sofa were both really comfortable, the kitchen area had all the utensils and appliances one needs, and the washer and dryer inside the bathroom were fast and efficient. The study area came in handy for our bags and using laptops. Best of all, both front desk staff and the cleaning team were lovely and helpful in so many ways. We came down with food poisoning (not due to any eatery in the neighbourhood!) and had to book another night last minute, and the reception team took extra care so that we could remain in the same apartment. Little things like topping up nespresso pods when they noticed we had used them, or letting us store our luggage in between our two bookings made our stay.

Nothing to improve. There was a little noise on the street at night from passers-by, but it did not bother us and is to be expected in a neighbourhood where people are out having fun.

The apartment was exceptionally clean. It provides everything one might need. The kitchen is well appointed. There are plenty of (matching!) wine, champagne and water glasses, a cute little dishwasher that does the job and plenty of pots and pans. The selection of tea bags was more than generous - a great assortment for this tea lover. I appreciated that there were plenty of spare toilet paper rolls and a spare tissue box - not one of those places where they assume you'll steal any spares. The bed is very comfortable. I didn't test the pillows - brought my own. Despite facing the street the apartment is very quiet. There are so many lovely restaurants nearby, and, of course, a Coles supermarket next door. I would highly recommend this apartment hotel.

There was nothing to dislike. If it were my own place, I might add some mood lighting in the living room...A table lamp, or something along those lines.

It is in a great location, close to good shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful - both reception and cleaning staff. The room had a large balcony that was warm and had a good view - I spent quite a bit of time reading and relaxing on the balcony. The kitchen is fully supplied for cooking meals. Parking underneath with lift access to our unit was very convenient. The complex is on 4 levels so plenty of options - my sisters stayed in other units in the complex so it was easy for us all to meet to go out.

The only negative was that the bed was a bit soft for us.

Everything was great. The room facilities were modern and spacious, the parking was secure in the basement, and the hotel servicing was excellent.....I mean room consumables and cleaning. The sound proofing was excellent, the security was top notch. There is a Coles within 50 metres (5 minutes' walk) of the Hotel which was very handy indeed! It was very handy to have a washing machine and dryer in the unit. The Kitchen was superb with a Dishwasher and all the Kitchen utensils needed to cook and eat in the unit. The air-conditioning and lighting were great. We called a Taxi a couple of times from there using a web app and they arrived very promptly. Public transport is close by also. Staff at the front desk were in attendance when we needed them. One keycard works the room door and access to the basement.

I honestly can't fault them at all!! This area of Fitzroy is probably a bit more seemingly (to us) run down and perhaps unsafe at night than other areas we have stayed but we had a car so didn't need to walk far in the area and not at night. At night we used our car. This is NOT anything the Hotel can do anything about, but their security was excellent!!

The check-in and service staff were very good. The location is excellent, especially having a Coles (supermarket) next door. There are some great eateries in the area. The Kevin Murphy hair & body (a nod to Melbourne) were great, but I would recommend larger bottles rather than the individual ones for the environment would be a better option.

This is not necessarily to be included in my online review, but the window sills were very dusty, and the shower vents need to be cleaned on a regular basis. There are plenty of towels, and the apartment is fully stocked with all you need. The free parking is handy.

The location was good, it was very quiet even though being in the middle of a busy part of Fitzroy. The apartment was a great size and the bed was comfortable & large

One major thing missing was a coffee pod machine. We start every day with a coffee before heading out, but that tiny little thing missing meant we had to get up and ready for the day (not a bad thing) so we could head out and get a coffee, this might sound silly but for this reason we will probably look elsewhere next time. It’s the first place we’ve stayed in a very long time that didn’t have a coffee machine. The second thing was the location getting home on Saturday night, not as big a deal as above but we’re not sure we want to be staying in the middle of the club scene - but we know that is just us, probably many stay with you for exactly that reason!

A comfortable and spacious apartment. It was serviced every day by way of change of towels, and change of bedding every third night. No vacuuming or dusting or thorough clean of bathroom though unless specifically asked for. The apartments could do with some improvement particularly with regards to the shower head which is not hand held, and the pressure is not excellent. Also, a pod coffee machine would have been welcomed rather than the jug and instant coffee thing of the past! Staff were obliging and helpful. The room itself is nice, quiet and with plenty of light. The top loading washing machine and dryer were an added benefit for our week long stay. In all, a pleasant stay in a good location with trams and buses at your doorstep. I can recommend this place.

The location was perfect for a birthday dinner at a nearby restaurant, although being on busy Johnston Street there was some noise from outside. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped, A Coles supermarket next door was very handy for breakfast provisions. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit - the other bedroom was totally unused by us, but it meant an ensuite with a walk-in shower rather than climbing into a bath, and was much appreciated. There was free parking in the underground carpark, which we considered, but in end travelled in by train and tram.

Nothing really - it was an excellent stay.

Our apartment was so spacious and roomy! Great for 4 people. Amazing location! Walking distance to everything could need. There’s a Coles conveniently located right next to the property which is super handy!

When we arrived there were dirty towels left in one of the bathrooms, but the staff were notified and came immediately and took them away. Also because of the location, there’s a lot of noise coming from the street below, which is really only an issue on a Friday or Saturday night when there’s a lot of people out and about. It would only affect you if you were a light sleeper.

Bed was comfortable and the bedroom and lounge were facing north with a view so the sun warmed the apartment. Heating was good too. Good size space and bathroom with an exhaust fan. It was very quiet.

Shower over the bath was cramped. Still wet the floor and difficult to get in and out safely (and we're quite capable!) Sensor light at the entrance had no switch? It turned on and off all day and night? Block out roller blinds were only partial.
